Honda CB description

HELLO TO ALL!!

FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION, IS MY ORIGINAL "FLAKE ORANGE" 1974 HONDA CB550 FOUR!

THE BIKE HAS A OPEN AND CLEAR MASS TITLE AND BILL OF SALE, JUST LIKE I GOT IT.

THE BIKE PRESENTS WELL, WITH ITS ORIGINAL EXHAUST!

THE BIKE WAS STORED SINCE 2004. IN 2004, THE 2ND OWNER CLEANED THE CARBS

AND INSTALLED N.O.S. CARB INTAKE BOOTS.

THE BIKE STARTS UP AND RUNS, BUT CARBS ARE NOT "RIGHT"

PETCOCK APPEARS ORIGINAL.

I JUST GOT THE BIKE FOLKS.

I BOUGHT A REPLACEMENT REAR FENDER, WITH A NICER ONE!!!

FRONT FENDER IS NICE, HAS A DENT. NICE FENDER THOUGH, CLEAN.

I BOUGHT A 14K SPEEDOMETER, BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL HAS A TERRIBLE FACE, SHOWING 12088

I REMOVED A SISSY BAR. SO, YOU NEED TO BUY A "GRAB RAIL" IN ORDER TO MOUNT THE REAR BLINKERS.    I HAVE THE BLINKERS, JUST NOT THE GRAB RAIL. PLENTIFUL ON THIS SITE.

THE BIKE SAT SINCE 2004.

THE FRONT BRAKE DOES NOT WORK.

ONE FORK EAR IS DENTED.

BRAND NEW BATTERY.

THE BIKE HAS SOME MINOR BLEMISHES, BUT PRESENTS VERY WELL.

THE ORIGINAL FLAKE, HAS VERY NICE FLAKE IN IT!!

THE RIMS HAVE NICE CHROME. SPOKES ARE CLEAN.

THE EXHAUST IS NICE AND ORIGINAL.  . EXHAUST IS SOLID AND NICE. ONE PIPE HAS MINOR CRUST. PIPES ARE NICE FOLKS, SOLID, CLEAN. JOINT AREAS ARE CLEAN.

THE BIKE IS  CLEAN, ORIGINAL FLAKE ORANGE 1974 HONDA CB550 FOUR, WITH ONLY 12088 ORIGINAL MILES AND IT RUNS AND HAS A TITLE!!

TITLE SHOWS ORIGINAL MILES IN 2004, AS 11,500.

I AM GOING AWAY FOR THE 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND, JULY 1 THROUGH THE 5TH.

I WILL BE HOME ON JULY 5TH.

I AM GOING TO TRY  "BUY IT NOW" AUCTION.

PLEASE SCRUTINIZE THE PICTURES AND UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE LOOKING AT A 43 YEAR OLD, FLAKE ORANGE CB550 FOUR!! THAT IS NICE!!

I FEEL THE BIKE IS A GREAT VALUE.

I AM TRYING A "BUY IT NOW' AUCTION!

PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES. PLS, ASK ME THE QUESTIONS, I CANT ASK YOU THEM.

I AM HERE FOR THE BUYER.

James Toseland Announces Retirement from Racing

Fri, 09 Sep 2011

Two-time World Superbike Champion James Toseland announced his immediate retirement from motorcycle racing due to a debilitating injury to his right wrist. Signed with the BMW Motor Italia racing team, Toseland has been limited to just seven of 20 races in this season’s WSBK Championship due to the wrist injury initially suffered during a private test at Spain’s Aragon circuit in March. After undergoing an operation for the injury, Toseland made two attempts at returning to racing, first at the Miller Motorsports Park round in May and again at the Silverstone round in July.

Used: MOTOTENT by Lone Rider

Mon, 12 Aug 2013

Since wild camping in the UK is generally regarded as trespassing, I opted for a crowded campsite in the heart of Sussex, open fires allowed, to see if the MOTOTENT is worth the £399 price tag. On the face of it the MOTOTENT is essentially a two man dome tent with a porch, Well I can pick up one of those up from Argos for £100 or less. Also I was struggling to understand why you would buy a tent that you can sleep in and store your bike in overnight, certainly in the UK most places you are likely to stay are fairly secure campsites.
