Honda CB description

Up for sale is my 1972 Honda CB500 K1 Four motorcycle.  I believe it is in excellent condition, especially for a 1972. Only 10,754 original miles! I have owned it since 2008. This bike gets a lot of attention out on the road.  Cheap to insure, register and ride.  This bike will only gain value and collectiblity.  Also included are a set of crash bars or highway bars I bought but never installed (not pictured).

The paint is in great condition. Tires are in good shape, like new. Oil has been changed regularly. Garage kept only.  Battery tender is always attached.  It starts right away with the electric starter and even when cold.   Runs great through all of the gears.  No oil leaks.  Petcock, filters and fuel lines do not leak.  Accelerates smoothly.  All electronics work including starter, kickstarter, headlights, dash lights, brake lights and turn signals.  I wanted to include a picture of a cosmetic flaw....the last picture shows a small dent in the side engine cover.  These are available and I see 2 on ebay now from $20-$30 if you wanted to replace it.

Here is a 4 minute youtube video taken in the last week showing all around the bike, starting and revving. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8IGhiSKT8F0&feature=share&list=UUoLvGNDhxtNaAN0F_LLF5Lw ;

What the hell is that? Come back tomorrow to find out! The New York City stop of the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show starts this Friday and I think my ears have begun bleeding from all the chatter going on around the Motorcycle.com virtual office about the 2010 Honda Fury.

Two Flagstaff Residents To Ride Small Motorcycles Across Arizona For Charity

Thu, 24 Apr 2014

In June, Flagstaff residents Eva Rupert and Josh Remer will be riding vintage 100cc motorcycles across the state of Arizona to raise money for Blood:Water Mission, a Nashville non-profit that builds HIV/AIDS clinics and clean water wells in Africa. Both Josh and Eva are avid motorcyclists and wanted a way to use what they love to make a difference in the world. They see their ride as a more exciting version of a walk-a-thon.
