1971 Honda Cb on 2040-motos
Honda CB tech info

Honda CB description
I have
for sale a nice original 1971 Honda CB750 K1 in Candy gold with 7301 miles on it. Bike was highly detailed by the previous owner who I bought it from. This bike runs and
starts good. The bike has it's original paint which is faded in some areas but
it still shines. It shows a little wear on the tank and the left side cover had
a 2 inch crack as shown in the pictures. Gas tank has a small dent in it on the
left hand side look at the pictures. The chrome is not perfect but still very
decent. There are some scratches and minor pitting, but there no holes or major
rust anywhere. The rear rim has a small dent in it shown in the pictures, front
fender has a few dings in it. The engine cases and all the aluminum was polished
and looks great. seat is free of tears or holes anywhere and the vinyl is still
soft. The tires both are in great shape. The brakes are in good shape and work
fine as does the lights, blinkers and horn. The carbs were cleaned when I bought
the bike a few years back. They probably could use a tune up. Overall this is a
very nice example of a 1971 Honda CB750 K1 in original condition. Has a Clean Wisconsin title. I'm sure im missing a few thing look at the pictures.

Simon and Leo
Thu, 11 Aug 2011If you are a track day regular this year, you may well have bumped into former racer and friendly Kiwi, Simon Crafar. I first met him in Malaysia in 1990 when he was riding for a Yamaha dealer team, sweating his way round circuits like Shah Alam and Johor Bahru but with a long term plan to make it onto the World scene. And he didn’t take long as after riding for Honda in the UK in 1992 he moved to WSB in 1994 and enjoyed success with both the Honda and Kawasaki factory teams.

Honda to Introduce Larger “New Concept” Models for North America
Fri, 21 Sep 2012Honda announced it is following up on its NC700 series with a new large-sized model, with sales expected to begin in North America in 2013. Honda first announced plans for its NC700 models in at the 2010 EICMA show with a concept it called the “New Mid“, so it really shouldn’t be a surprise Honda would follow it up with a “New Large” series. The new models were announced in a presentation by Honda Chief Executive Officer Takanobu Ito alongside plans to develop a new MotoGP-derived sportbike.
