For your consideration. A 1970 Honda CB 750, the bike has been in a garage in Charleston, WV since 1991. The owner moved here and would not ride with a helmet. The bike is equipped with a 4 into 1 header, the engine turns over and has compression. The title has been misplaced years ago. It was registered in CA, and has the 1991 CA plates on it. Mon, 03 Feb 2014Chad Reed tasted victory for the second time in three weeks at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif., leading all 20 laps and fending off a last-lap challenge from rookie upstart Ken Roczen. Reed, who also won the Jan. 18 round in the second of three Anaheim races, now trails fellow Kawasaki rider Ryan Villopoto by just two points in the 2014 AMA Supercross championship race.
Honda RC-E Electric Sportbike Revealed at 2011 Tokyo Motor Show
Wed, 30 Nov 2011We’re still waiting for any technical details but here are initial photographs Honda has released of its new RC-E electric sportbike concept at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show. (Updated with six more high-resolution images.) Honda describes the RC-E as an electric version of a supersports bike, claiming a powerful and smooth ride for an electric vehicle within the compact form of a 250cc-class motorcycle. The images clearly show Brembo calipers and Ohlins suspension, and we especially like the LED headlights and the retro styling.
Voluntary Recall for Continental ContiMotion Sport-Touring Tires
Mon, 21 Jan 2013Continental Tire announced a voluntary recall campaign for certain ContiMotion sport-touring tires. According to Continental, market feedback has shown some tires may experience uneven wear from the 180/60R16 74H ContiMotion rear tires. Tires may develop groove cracking and, in some cases, belt lift, conditions which can lead to a loss of tire inflation pressure and a potential for loss of control.
