For your consideration. A Honda CB 750, manufactured 8-70. The bike has been laid down on the right side with damage to the cylinders. The bike has a 2" over set of fork tubes, a high rise handlebar, very rare dual front disc brakes with an aluminum front wheel. the bike is equiped with a 4 into 1 Kerker header system and a period correct sissy bar. The bike was in a garage in Charleston, WV since 1991, the owner moved here from CA and would not ride with a helmet. This bike was owned by his friend and his wife made him get rid of it after the accident. This bike was just a spare in case he needed parts. No speedo, no idea of mileage, title misplaced years ago. I am listing this for the owner. Terms of sale, a $100 deposit by paypal is required within 48 hours of the end of the auction, balance cashiers check or cash on pick-up of the motorcycle. Virginia Tech Bolt To Race At NJMP, July 12-13
Mon, 07 Jul 2014The Virginia Tech Bolt e-bike racing team will compete in the July 12-13 zero emissions road race at New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville NJ. This race is part of the eMotoRacing series, which runs in conjunction with AHRMA. The 96 volt student-built prototype racebike will compete in the eSuperSport class against a field of production based Brammo Empulses. The Bolt Team is no stranger to competition, as it has previous experience racing in the TTXGP series in 2012.
Marc Marquez Crash Data Analysis From Silverstone
Thu, 05 Sep 2013During warm-up for last weekend’s Silverstone MotoGP race, Repsol Honda rider Marc Marquez crashed between turns seven and eight, losing the front while on the brakes. The fall caused the MotoGP rookie’s shoulder to pop out of its socket, and Alpinestars has released the data from Marquez’ Tech-Air-equipped suit for us to further examine. Looking at the graph below, you’ll see the impact was focused on Marquez’ left shoulder.

Today, however, Yamaha Factory Racing rider Cyril Despres took his second special stage win of 2014 and his 33rd career win for Dakar. Coma, despite taking a 15 minute penalty, finished second for the day, maintaining his overall lead.
