This is a collectors dream, a 1963 Honda Trail, CUB. She comes with all of the bells and whistles. A running piece of history, I found this gem at a Honda dealership as a trade in, the owner needed his bike to move on to a new home after owning it for most of its life.
The bike runs, handles and shift wonderfully The bike has Washington state collectors plates The tires are new The tank has been repaired and gel coated I have the larger rear sprocket that will be shipped with the bike The tool kit is original and in near new condition The seat is in great shape I just started and ran this bike 7/18/16, I by passed the tank and just ran fuel to the carburetor, the tank is still dry. Honda Announces 400cc Version of 500-Series Engine
Tue, 05 Feb 2013Honda has revealed a new, smaller-displacement variation of the 470cc parallel-twin engine introduced on its new CBR500, CB500F and CB500X models. The new engine has a bore of 67mm, just like Honda‘s 500-series engine, but a stroke of 56.6mm instead of the longer 66.8mm. The result is an engine displacement of 399cc, which makes the new engine a better fit for markets such as Japan license restrictions are much stricter for engines larger than 400cc.

The new CL brings back a nameplate Honda used in the ’60s and ’70s for lightweight off-road capable motorcycles. The modern interpretation draws on that heritage with the upswept muffler with stainless steel heat shield, round tank with tank pads, and gaitered forks.
Gresini Promotes Moto2 Pilot Pirro to Ride CRT Machine in 2012 MotoGP Championship
Mon, 05 Dec 2011Gresini announced the re-signing of racer Michele Pirro, with a promotion from the Moto2 class to the premiere MotoGP class. Pirro raced for Gresini in the Moto2 class in 2011, finishing ninth overall with a third place finish and a victory in the season-ending Valencia round. For 2012, Pirro will compete in the MotoGP class riding a CRT bike with an FTR chassis and a Honda CBR1000RR engine.
