Honda VTX description

2005 Honda VTX1800c  I bought this bike new March 2008 as a hold over & the bike has been a picture of reliability.  I never thought I would ever sell her but my buddy is going through a divorse & made me an offer I can not refuse on his Night Train so against my better judgement I am going to get my 1st Harley after 25 years of riding.

The 2005 VTX1800 is the first year Honda put a flangeless gas tank on it (way nicer then the 02 to 04 tanks) The 1800 cc Fuel injected motor is a torque monster & will run low 12 sec 1/4 miles at 109mph off the showroom floor.

This bike has a Hypercharger with K&N filter Muzzy pipes (do not hit the ground on right turns) Cobra FI2000 fuel management  & runs like a raped ape. Also has 4in forward controls for more leg room a wide 200 rear tire & a Palidan quick release sissy bar.  & a cup holder :-)

Only thing the bike needs for next season is a new front tire. Rear has 1000 miles in it.

Front fender has some light scratches I could not get to photograph from dropping a wrench on it.  (I only notice it when I wash the bike)

Actual Motorcycle or My Little Pony Character?

1 of 6Next Last A little while ago, we published a review of a motorcycle Honda produces for the Indian market called the Unicorn Dazzler. Yes, that’s the actual name of a production motorcycle designed by Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, a Honda subsidiary. In his review of the 150cc motorcycle, Rajeev Gaikwad said the Honda Unicorn Dazzler was “a handsome commuter with an enthusiastic and proven engine” though it was underwhelming in terms of performance and handling as the higher-priced successor to the regular Honda Unicorn also sold in India.
