Honda VTX description

MY LOSS IS YOUR GAIN! Deciding to make the very difficult decision to part with this beautiful and powerful motorcycle. This is the second VTX1800 I have owned, and I'm sure it won't be the last. This bike has power (almost 100hp to the rear wheel), but rides like a Cadillac. Never been laid down. Scroll through the pics and get excited to make this baby your very own!

The down and dirty of this sexy beast...almost too much to list - have to see it in person to appreciate how gorgeous it is!

New tires (only about 1,000 miles on them), oil just changed, and already smog tested in MO. SUPER LOW MILES - ONLY 6,785. CHROME, CHROME, CHROME, and MORE CHROME!!!! This bike has a $2,500 after market custom chrome package, everything that can be chrome, practically is chrome. Mustang after market seats (best money can buy!). K&R tuned air filter, and Vance & Hines exhaust pipes that will get you excited and in the mood to roll this baby out onto the road when you start her up! Running boards for the driver, pegs for the passenger, highway pegs with extensions, leather carrying pouches, a passenger backrest, and a chrome luggage rack on the back. Seriously...so much to list about this bike that you really need to see it in person to appreciate it!

Like I said, my loss is your gain, so don't hesitate - the sun is out, the sky is blue, and the road is calling your name...answer the call and make this sexy beast yours today!!

Title is clean and clear, and in hand. Bank certified cashiers check or cash only, no personal checks. Test rides will only be granted to seriously interested buyers that already have their motorcycle endorsement on their license, and payment in hand.

Contact me today to come check out this sweet ride!! Don't delay...I don't think it'll be around long!!

Electric Motorcycle Conversion [video]

Fri, 30 Jul 2010

If you were ever curious how to convert your smelly, noisy and dirty gas powered motorcycle into a quiet and zero emissions electric motorcycle then you have to check this video out from GomiStyle.  They take an old Honda Rebel 250 and customize the frame to accommodate the electric motor and batteries, they claim the conversion should take about two to three days to complete, the batteries will take about 5-8 hours to charge and will give you a top speed of 45 mph. Here is a link to the step-by-step instructions, check out the video after the jump. The GomiCycle – An Electric Motorcycle Conversion from Media Sapien on Vimeo.
