Honda VTX description

Here is a 2003 Honda VTX 1800C.  It is in very good shape, original paint, low miles at 16,800. Has Vance and Hines exhaust,

saddleman saddlebags, custom grips, quick release memphis shades windshield, cobra fuel injection module, and hypercharger intake.
These are water cooled, shaft drive, fuel injected.  runs perfect and sounds awesome. Honda doesn't make a V Twin bigger than a 1300 anymore,
and there are fewer of these 1800's around.   Front tire could use replaced, but back one is like new. lots of storage. chrome
in excellent shape and very well maintained.  I always used synthetic oil. email me with questions.

Honda Reminds Us It's Working On A New Hornet

Mon, 06 Jun 2022

Expect the production model at EICMA in November One of the biggest surprises at the 2021 EICMA show last November was the news Honda is working on a new Hornet model. At its booth in Milan, Honda presented a sculpture with an elaborate light show projecting a hint at what to expect from the new Hornet. In the six months following EICMA, however, there has been very little, er, “buzz”, coming from Honda.

BSB 2012; Mystic Mac investigates

Tue, 03 Jan 2012

In my opinion, the smartest move in the BSB off season has to be Michael Laverty moving from Swan Yamaha to HM Plant Honda. With a ban on electronics for 2012, and in particular traction control, WFR's Graham Gowland has already proved to Laverty how competitive an EVO spec Fireblade can be - so I’m tipping both these riders to be bang on the money at the Brands Hatch season opener in April. Unlike BMW, Kawasaki and Yamaha, Honda have deliberately developed their road-going Superbike without electronics to give a user friendly feel with good mechanical traction, so it’ll be interesting to see how the opposition copes with their high-tech trickery stripped off.

Pata Honda To Test ‘Speed Gene’ At Jerez

Tue, 01 Apr 2014

This just in from the Pata Honda World Superbike team: The Pata Honda team has announced the introduction of a nepotistic youth policy designed to enhance development and ensure continuity of its world championship racing program. On tomorrow’s third and final day of the World Superbike championship test currently taking place at Jerez in Spain, regular riders Leon Haslam and Jonathan Rea will hand over their Honda CBR1000RR SP racing machines to their respective young sons. Despite being less than a year old, Max Haslam and Jake Rea are deemed to have inherited sufficient quantities of the so-called ‘speed gene’ to warrant a full test on the sophisticated production race bikes.
