Honda Shadow description
I'm selling my 88 Shadow VT1100C. This bike runs very well. Never been dropped and I commute back and forth to work on it just about everyday which is 62 mis round trip. The bike is mechanically sound and reliable. Could use a better paint job. The only reason I am selling this is because I want a bigger cruiser. Everything on the bike works great. It has all turn signals, drag bars with 6" risers and a full Vance & Hines slash cut exhaust system with removable baffles. The bike is very loud with the baffles removed and sounds good. I still have the baffles for them that will go with the bike. All fluids and oil filter along with the spark plugs have been changed about 2 weeks ago. I've put new handle grips on as well. New inspection sticker with a clear title. The tires are in terrific shape with plenty of tread on them still. I am asking $3,000 obo. I will throw in a large size open face helmet as well. Marini, who recently turned 16, meeting the minimum age requirement required for world championship competition, currently lies second in the Italian Moto3 championship aboard his FTR Honda.
Honda to produce V4 in 2010

Very few details about the new bike have been released, only that it will be powered by Honda’s iconic V4 engine configuration. Andrea Antonelli Dies After Moscow World Supersport Crash
Sun, 21 Jul 2013Italian racer Andrea Antonelli succombed to injuries suffered in a crash during the World Supersport race at Moscow Raceway in Russia. The Go Eleven Kawasaki racer crashed on the final corner of the opening lap in very wet conditions, and was struck by Pata Honda racer Lorenzo Zanetti. The race was immediately red-flagged and Antonelli was taken away by ambulance while medical staff attempted to resuscitate him, but the 25-year-old was pronounced dead at 2:10 pm local time.
