Honda Shadow description
I'm selling my 88 Shadow VT1100C. This bike runs very well. Never been dropped and I commute back and forth to work on it just about everyday which is 62 mis round trip. The bike is mechanically sound and reliable. Could use a better paint job. The only reason I am selling this is because I want a bigger cruiser. Everything on the bike works great. It has all turn signals, drag bars with 6" risers and a full Vance & Hines slash cut exhaust system with removable baffles. The bike is very loud with the baffles removed and sounds good. I still have the baffles for them that will go with the bike. All fluids and oil filter along with the spark plugs have been changed about 2 weeks ago. I've put new handle grips on as well. New inspection sticker with a clear title. The tires are in terrific shape with plenty of tread on them still. I am asking $3,000 obo. I will throw in a large size open face helmet as well. 2014 Mugen Shinden San Revealed
Wed, 02 Apr 2014Mugen have released these pictures of the 2014 Shinden San (three), the electric racebike Honda’s performance subsidiary is hoping will take victory at this year’s Isle of Man TT Zero event. The past two years the Mugen motorcycles have come second to the radical E1pc Motoczysz machines piloted by Michael Rutter. Details are relatively basic at the moment, but underneath the bodywork, Mugen says the latest Shinden sees lithium-ion battery mated to an oil-cooled three-phase brushless motor producing 134 hp and a whopping 162 ft.-lbs.
