Honda Shadow description

2013 Honda Shadow RS (VT750RS), Check out the 2013 Honda VT750 Shadow RS in its new color...BLACK! Call for details - 714-842-5533 - Cruiser Style + Roadster Cool = Instant Classic. Yep, believe your eyes—those are higher-set footpegs and shorter, more upright bars. So, how can this be a Shadow cruiser, you ask? Oh it’s all Shadow, just with a heavy dose of old-school roadster thrown in—you don’t have to look too hard to see the classic flat-track influences in the peanut-shaped fuel tank and flatter seat. It all adds up to an amazing motorcycle that’s just as much at home on a favorite back road as it is prowling on a Saturday night. And that means fun, with a capital “F.”

Tue, 24 May 2011

A 65-year-old man from Windsor, Ontario, Canada is attempting a cross-continent ride from Key West, Fla., to Prudhoe Bay, Alaska and back, on a Honda CBR125R. Bob Munden of Windsor is attempting to set the record for the smallest motorcycle to make the trip from the southernmost accessible point in North America to the northernmost point, and back. A print shop owner with a stable of five motorcycles, Munden will attempt the trip on the 124.7cc single-cylinder four-stroke Honda CBR125R, an entry-level sportbike model Honda offers in Canada.

2014 Honda CTX700 Recalled in Canada for ABS Issue

Thu, 11 Jul 2013

Transport Canada announced a recall for the new Honda CTX700 because of a manufacturing error in its anti-lock braking system. The Canadian recall applies to both the CTX700N and the partially-faired CTX700T (known simply as the Honda CTX700 in the U.S. market and other markets.) According to the recall notice, the ABS modulator may have been manufactured incorrectly and could potentially fail, allowing the front and/or rear wheels to lock up under heavy braking, increasing the risk of a crash.

The most beautiful race bike ever?

Thu, 06 Oct 2011

It was good to see my old HRC team mate Shinichi Itoh making his final Moto GP appearance last weekend at Motegi.  At 44 he was a bit off the pace compared to his younger team mates, but that didn't matter as it was a joy just to see him circulating on what I reckon is most stunning GP bike ever. And I gladly braved the pit lane walkabout chaos just to dribble and take a few snaps. Unfortunately he lost the front in one session trashing a complete set of body work but was back in action on race day to grab a few world championship points.
