You've never seen a Shadow like this...

The Shadow Phantom celebrates the joy of back-to-basics motorcycling by delivering a V-twin ride packing a uniquely clean and uncluttered appearance. Check out the minimalist look and extensive black-out treatment that bring your eyeballs back to that very cool 745cc V-twin engine featuring the convenience and sophistication of Programmed Fuel Injection. By staking out the low-profile approach to cool, the Shadow Phantom reinforces the idea that bling ain t everything in a bike.

The first time you lay eyes on the Shadow Phantom, it s impossible to keep yourself from staring. Gawking, really. And wishing you had one in your garage. After all, this is the most unique Shadow we ve ever made, an utterly stunning head-turner with its blacked-out 745cc V-twin engine and black rims sporting matte silver highlights, bobbed fenders, spoke wheels, and beefy front forks. Then the exhaust note hits you, a deep, throaty pulse rumbling from dual exhausts. It s hard to resist, we know. And downright impossible once you ve seen its price tag.

The Shadow Phantom 745cc V-twin engine features Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI), ensuring easy cold-weather starting and seamless, any-condition fuel delivery.

Black to the Future.

Black is the color of confident power, and the Shadow Phantom has plenty of that. All-black engine, frame, rims, and handlebar all ever so perfectly accented with matte silver highlights makes this a machine everyone is going to take seriously.

Hassle-Free Flying.

The Phantom s durable and virtually maintenance-free shaft final drive ensures smooth, dependable power delivery to the asphalt. No hassles, no grease flying everywhere. Just smooth, quiet power transfer.

Report: Dorna to Replace Superstock Classes with More Stock-Inspired WSBK and New 250cc Class

Mon, 07 Jan 2013

The coming World Superbike racing season may be the last to feature Superstock classes as series promoter Dorna tries to differentiate its WSBK and MotoGP properties. According to Italian outlet Motosprint, Dorna plans to rewrite the World Superbike and Supersport class rulebooks for the 2014 season to make the race bikes closer to their respective production models. This would create further separation between WSBK and MotoGP, with Superbike racing moving closer to its production-based roots while prototypes racing in the GP series.

Taliban Magazine Condemns America but Praises Honda

Wed, 11 Dec 2013

Manufacturers are usually glad to hear positive reviews of their products, but we’ve got a feeling Honda is not happy about the ringing endorsement it received from the latest issue of the Taliban-published magazine “Azan“. The English-language magazine is a pro-Jihadist quarterly; pure propaganda designed to recruit impressionable and disillusioned Muslims in the West. It’s somewhat jarring then to find buried within the radical rhetoric a full page spread on a 125cc Honda as one of the Taliban’s “Steeds of War”.
