Honda CBR900RR Go Kart [video]

J&D Fabrications located in South Florida has created a go kart with a Honda CBR900RR engine.  With all that power behind it, I would say the go kart is doing a lot of drifting rather then driving but its fun to watch.  Don’t be jealous Mario… Check it out after the jump. Marco Simoncelli tribute CBR1000RR

At Mugello Honda graciously gifted Simoncelli's father Paolo with Marco's RC212V race bike from last season, along with this tribute-livery Honda CBR1000RR in his honour and memory.Unveiled in a special and emotional ceremony the Fireblade was designed by Aldo Drudi and was inspired by the memorable Super-Sic colours. The bike will be auctioned off on eBay to raise money for the Marco Simoncelli Foundation. Mugello marked the first Italian round since Simoncelli was tragically killed at Sepang last year.

MotoGP Approves “Factory 2″ Rules

We’re just days away from the start of the 2014 MotoGP season and one would think it’s a little late for series organizers to make any significant rule changes. At least, one would think that if one were unfamiliar with the political back-and-forths going on between the major manufacturers and MotoGP promoter Dorna. But with the season-opening Qatar round about to begin, the Grand Prix Commission approved new rules establishing a compromise between the new Factory and Open options.
