2013 Long Beach International Motorcycle Show Report

Today the motorcycle press descended upon the Long Beach Convention Center to attend media day at the annual International Motorcycle Show. After feasting from a continental breakfast buffet the discerning journalists set to the task of reporting on the bounty of new model motorcycles – most of which has been previously showcased in our November EICMA reporting. Taylor Made Racing Testing Homemade Moto2 Racebike

Taylor Made Racing, best known for its underbelly exhausts for many of today’s popular sportbikes, is tackling perhaps its biggest challenge yet: designing and testing its own Moto2 machine. Assuming testing goes to plan, the team hope to enter as a wildcard entry in the Red Bull Indianapolis MotoGP Grand Prix, Aug. 16-18.

New Honda Hornet Concept Revealed at EICMA

The 2021 EICMA show was a lot more subdued than previous iterations, without very many big surprises. Most of the bikes that were shown were expected to some degree, and many were evolutionary updates to motorcycles that have been around for a few years. But there was one reveal that seemed to come out of nowhere, and left us with more questions than answers: the Honda Hornet concept.
