They take an old Honda Rebel 250 and customize the frame to accommodate the electric motor and batteries, they claim the conversion should take about two to three days to complete, the batteries will take about 5-8 hours to charge and will give you a top speed of 45 mph. Chattanooga Honda Dealer Fined for Allegedly Selling Recalled Models
Mon, 18 Mar 2013The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has levied a $125,000 fine against Southern Honda Powersports following an investigation into allegations the Chattanooga, Tenn., dealership sold unrepaired recalled models. Southern Honda Powersports bills itself as the “World’s largest Honda powersports dealer”. Federal laws require dealers to stop selling models that are recalled until the defect or noncompliance issue has been remedied.
