(sob story) DUE TO A CONSTRUCTION ACCIDENT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RIDE MC FOR A FEW YEARS

WAS HOPING TO RECOVER BUT NOT HAPPINING.............

HAS BEEN RODE ON BACK ROADS BY MY SON TO KEEP IT IN SHAPE.

I RODE IT FROM KANSAS TO STUGIS AND BACK WITH NO PROBLEMS EXCEPT SADDLE SORES...

SHORTLY AFTER I WAS INJURED.... WAS NOT REALLY WANTING TO SELL  AND HOPING TO BE ABLE TO RIDE    AGAIN WAS WHY I KEPT IT

THE BIKE WAS STORED UNDR A CARPORT WITH A COVER FOR 3 YEARS AND GARAGED THE REST OF THE TIME.

THE BIKE IS IN GREAT MECHANICAL SHAPE ..

THER ARE A FEW DENTS IN CHROME  MAINLY BEHIND FRONT BLINKER.THE TAIL PIPE HAS SCRATCHES ON TOP FROM HEAVY SADDLE BAG RUBBING.SOME BLEAMISHING AND MINOR SCRATCHES FROM COVER BLOWING IN WIND MAINLY  THE WINDSHIELD.    THE REAR WHEEL HAS CHROME BUBBLES IN THE DEEP CORNERS . NONE OF THESE ARE NOTICABLE FROM 5 FT AWAY. BUT WNTED YOU TO BE AWARE ITS NOT A SHOW BIKE.BUT STILL LOOKS GREAT. I HAVE PROBABLY OVERLOOKED    SOMETHING BUT NOT INTENTINALY

EXRTAS ARE - WINDSHIELD..CRASH BARS ..CHROME RADIATOR COVER..CHROME DRIVESHAFT COVER. TAIL LIGHT COVER ..SISSY BAR AND PAD.A FRIEND GAVE ME THE NEW SADDLE BAGS IN PICS THEY COME WITH IT I REALL DONT THINK THEY ARE CLASSY ENOUGH FOR BIKE..

I HOPE SOMEONE CAN ENJOY RIDIG THIS GREAT RIDE.I KNOW THEY WILL MAINTAIN THIER VALUE AS THE DONT AKE THIS HARLEY LOOKING BIKE ANYMORE WITH DRIVESHAT AND LOW CENTER OF GRAVITY.I HAVE OWNED HARLEYS I LOVE THE SOUND BUT THIS WATER COOLED BIKE IS A BETTER RIDE..

ALL THIS SAID BIKE SOLD AS IS  NOT CURRENTLY TAGGED BUT IF YOU WANTED NOT ADVISED YOU COULD PROBABLY DRIVE HOME ..

45,367 Motorcycle Thefts Reported in US in 2013

Americans reported 45,367 stolen motorcycles in 2013, down 1.5% from 2012, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau‘s latest Motorcycle Theft and Recovery Report. According to the NICB motorcycle thefts have been on the decline every year since 2007 when 65,678 motorcycles were reported stolen, though the overall trend appears to be leveling off. Japanese motorcycles continue to be the most popular target for thieves.
