Honda Rebel description

2012 Honda Rebel (CMX250C), Brand New 2012 - Own the road for less than you think. Whether you’re looking for classic cruiser styling, a fuel-efficient commuter, or flat-out fun, all roads lead to the Rebel. It boasts a 234 cc four-stroke engine that’s approachable enough for new riders, yet powerful enough for more experienced motorcyclists. A low seat height that is both comfortable and confidence inspiring. A five-speed transmission that’s pretty much foolproof. And an electric starter that gets you going with the push of a button. Plus, you get the kind of reliability and low maintenance Honda is known for – all at a shockingly low price. No wonder the Rebel has long been one of our best selling bikes.

Taliban Magazine Condemns America but Praises Honda

Wed, 11 Dec 2013

Manufacturers are usually glad to hear positive reviews of their products, but we’ve got a feeling Honda is not happy about the ringing endorsement it received from the latest issue of the Taliban-published magazine “Azan“. The English-language magazine is a pro-Jihadist quarterly; pure propaganda designed to recruit impressionable and disillusioned Muslims in the West. 2014 Honda CTX700 Recalled in Canada for ABS Issue

Thu, 11 Jul 2013

Transport Canada announced a recall for the new Honda CTX700 because of a manufacturing error in its anti-lock braking system. The Canadian recall applies to both the CTX700N and the partially-faired CTX700T (known simply as the Honda CTX700 in the U.S. market and other markets.) According to the recall notice, the ABS modulator may have been manufactured incorrectly and could potentially fail, allowing the front and/or rear wheels to lock up under heavy braking, increasing the risk of a crash.

Joey Dunlop on a V4 Honda at the '83 TT

Fri, 28 Sep 2012

Onboard video footage doesn't get a lot better than this: Joey Dunlop during practice at the TT in 1983 onboard a factory Honda RS850R. An 859cc ultra-short stroke V4 Honda that Joey mastered around The Island, later winning the TT Formula 1. Although the 'production' race, the RS850R stretched that to the limit.
