Here is a really cool old Honda Benly 1500cc Touring if I had more room I d keep it the bike is so col looking, and in great shape for being over 50 years old.. When they built these bike style was very important from the flared fenders to the enclosed cables on the front end the whole bike has an art deco look. 1986 Honda Other (1986)
6 spd see photo of extra parts: shop manual, original turn signals, original battery box, NOS rear sprocket, new fork seals in box, extra counter shaft sprocket, are included tires are original I bought this used (800 miles on it) just before retiring and moving to Idaho in 2003. I rode it for 8 years on the single track & ATV trails of Caribou National Forest in South Eastern Idaho. “Riding season” at 6,500’ elevation was only about 12 weeks. It starts easily, shifts well and uses no oil. It is one sweet little trail bike. It is not a Trailer- Queen. I rode it, but did not abuse it. There are two small dents in the tank (see photo) but no rust in the tank. I installed the 60t rear sprocket to slow it down some for the steep terrain of that area. The chain is almost new (see chain adjuster position). Wheels are tight and true. I removed the turn signals, battery box and added the battery eliminator, since they kept getting caught in the brush. The plug in wiring and connectors for them are still in-tact for easy re-installation. Everything works including the horn. I have described it as best I can. It climbs like a goat even at 11,000’ elevation. I’ll deliver it or meet you within 175 miles of Huron, Ohio. Back in March, we broke the story of a design patent for a new small-displacement naked Honda based on its CBR300R/CBR250R platform. Tue, 10 Jun 2014Americans reported 45,367 stolen motorcycles in 2013, down 1.5% from 2012, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau‘s latest Motorcycle Theft and Recovery Report. According to the NICB motorcycle thefts have been on the decline every year since 2007 when 65,678 motorcycles were reported stolen, though the overall trend appears to be leveling off. Japanese motorcycles continue to be the most popular target for thieves.

Fri, 06 Jun 2014Earlier this week, John McGuinness won the single-lap TT Zero electric motorcycle race at the Isle of Man TT aboard his Mugen Shinden San. In the process, the 21-time TT winner smashed the old lap record of 109.675 mph, setting an average speed of 117.366 mph from a standing start. To put that in perspective, McGuinness’ teammate, Bruce Anstey, aboard a sister Mugen, set the outright lap record earlier this week aboard his Honda CBR1000RR superbike of over 132 mph.
