2014 Honda Grom, This Thing Is Sweet!2014 Honda GromBig Attitude.Honda s 2014 Grom is a fresh, new way to add some fun, practicality, independence and style to your life. Fun: This new machine is a blast to ride, offering all the excitement of a full-sized motorcycle but in a package that just about anyone old enough to have a license can handle. Practical: The Grom's thrifty Honda engine means you can run it on pocket change, and you can park it just about anywhere too.Independence: With your own wheels, you can bag the bus and forget about having to beg for rides from your friends or shudder your Mom. Stylish: Check out the Grom for yourself. And then think of it as a blank canvas, waiting for you to customize it. The new Honda Grom. Big attitude. Ride one and see.Features:Honda Power. The key to a great motorcycle is starting with a great motor, and Honda makes the best. The new Grom features a low-maintenance, fuel-injected, single-cylinder engine. Electric starting makes it a snap to get going, and a standard motorcycle transmission gives you the control you want.Big Features. The new Grom may be small, but when it comes to features it s all Honda. The four-speed transmission works just like a full-sized bike s so you get plenty of performance and control. Hydraulic disc brakes front and rear give you excellent stopping power.Rider Friendly. The new Grom feels even lower than its 29.7-inch seat height, thanks to the bike s light weight, low center of gravity, and narrow seat/tank junction. All that adds up to maximum fun.*SRP $2,999. Does not include $125 in destination charges.

Law enforcement moved to two heavily modified CRF1000L Africa Twin
Sat, 02 Dec 2017The level of development of modern motorcycles is so high that the police could safely choose the standard model and not feel left out. But no - they ordered two custom bikes! In the end they could take the extreme Africa Twin Adventure Sports which is an excellent option, although quite specific for the road service.
BSB 2012; Mystic Mac investigates
Tue, 03 Jan 2012In my opinion, the smartest move in the BSB off season has to be Michael Laverty moving from Swan Yamaha to HM Plant Honda. With a ban on electronics for 2012, and in particular traction control, WFR's Graham Gowland has already proved to Laverty how competitive an EVO spec Fireblade can be - so I’m tipping both these riders to be bang on the money at the Brands Hatch season opener in April. Unlike BMW, Kawasaki and Yamaha, Honda have deliberately developed their road-going Superbike without electronics to give a user friendly feel with good mechanical traction, so it’ll be interesting to see how the opposition copes with their high-tech trickery stripped off.
What’s the deal with all those Pink Motorcycles?
Tue, 07 Jul 2009Picture a Motorcycle in your mind, any Motorcycle. It could be one you own, want to own, one you’ve seen. Can you picture it? What Brand is it? What Model, year, how fast does it go? You can probably picture each of these elements vividly.
