Honda Other description

Up for your consideration is this very clean 2011 Honda Ruckus NPS 50cc fully automatic scooter with only 625 miles. Please view pics as you will see it is in very nice condition and will make someone an excellent scooter. Honda's are very reliable and this one gets close to 100 mi per gallon so you won't need to stop and fill up very often. ( when you do it's less than $5.00 to fill with the premium stuff! ) Bike has never been dropped and comes with a very nice "Chase Harper" under seat storage bag. Bike will have a few "normal" scuff marks on plastic but nothing unusual, scooter has kick and electric start ( electric start is not working and probably needs a new battery, this scoot sat inside our garage or trailer most of the time ). Please read my feedback as I have been a member of Ebay since 2002 and have sold many motorcycles through this site, all with positive feedback. Comes with an Oklahoma free and clear title but is not tagged! If you are from Oklahoma you will be responsible for any back tags due since we only used it on private land and never tagged it for public roads.

I will be happy to help in any way I can with shipping, but buyer is responsible for all costs involved. I have taken bikes to the local Forward Air terminal ($75.00 extra handling fee includes tie downs) or you can arrange through any shipper you want as long as the scoot is picked up within 30 days. USHIP.com also has competitive rates and several buyers of my motorcycles have used them with great success.

Remember bike is being sold with absolutely "No Reserve" high bidder wins!  I do reserve the right to end auction early if bike sells locally first.

     Good Luck, Happy Bidding!

VTR-Powered Honda Lawnmower Sets Guinness World Record + Video

Wed, 02 Apr 2014

A lawnmower powered by the engine from a Honda VTR1000F Superhawk has set a new Guinness record for the world’s fastest mower. Honda UK revealed its 996cc V-Twin-powered Mean Mower last summer, claiming it had been tested at a speed of 100 mph but could reach a theoretical top speed of 133 mph. Those claims were put to the test in March at the IDIADA Proving Ground in Tarragona, Spain, with an official Guinness World Records adjudicator on hand to observe.

WE GAVE you the heads up last month on Mahindra Motorcycles' plans to enter the lucrative Indian motorcycle market - and here's a teaser video showing one of the company's machines on track in Italy. The Indian company will offer a variety of motorcycles, ranging from low-cost entry models to premium two-wheelers, said Anoop Mathur, the head of Mahindra’s motorcycle wing. The company is already an established scooter, 4x4 and tractor manufacturer.Despite their optimism, Mahindra is aware the company is moving into a competitve market, dominated primarily by Honda.
