Honda Other description

Red 2011 Honda PCX125. This is a 2011 Honda PCX125 with only 8 miles on the odometer and an like new condition. The scooter has a battery tender with quick release lead under the locking seat. It was recently serviced and went through a full road worthiness check at Honda Kawasaki West in Ft Worth, TX. The battery has been kept in good condition by keeping it on the battery tender when not in use, and the scooter has been started and allowed to run to operating conditions and driven in the apt. parking lot on a regular basis to keep everything in good running order. It has always been stored in a garage and has never been out in bad weather. I had initially planned on using this a daily commuter, but never got around to getting my motorcycle license, and decided it was time to let it go. The registration and inspection are current on the vehicle, and good through February of 2014. An extended warranty is available for purchase separately. $3,000.00 5124269048

Video: Honda Crossrunner v mountain pass

Fri, 01 Apr 2011

This road (the one in the video) was a previously unseen, super-steep mountain pass which needed first gear for the hairpins and second between them with an occasional grab at third on the quicker sections. It was the sort of road that pumps up your forearms and makes you crane your neck to see what's coming next (mainly cyclists). The surface was rubbish.

Japanese Motocompo Anime

Mon, 21 Feb 2011

Last week we revealed that Honda are likely to launch the new Honda Motocompo - over 30 years since the first version. I must admit, I'd never heard of it before we ran the news story, so I got onto YouTube and tried to find footage of a very efficient and humble Japanese businessman unloading one out of the boot of a Honda Civic in order to minimise their carbon footprint, but no... I couldn't find one.

Honda Developing V4 MotoGP Production Racer

Fri, 22 Jun 2012

Honda is reportedly developing a production racer based on its RC213V racebike that could be sold to teams looking to compete in MotoGP. The new racebike is expected to be of a lower-spec than the RC213V prototype but perform better than a CRT machine with a production-based engine. According to a report by racing site MotoMatters and French magazine Moto Journal, the new V4-engined production racer will be sold to race teams instead of being leased, as is the case with current satellite teams and their race prototypes.
