THIS IS Valentino Rossi's farewell letter to his Fiat Yamaha team following the announcement the flambouyant Italian is to head to Ducati MotoGP in 2011.The hand-written letter, mistakes and all, is written in almost a 'my first romance' kinda way. It's touching, if a little bizarre. Parrish's predictions for Silverstone MotoGP

I'm at Silverstone for the British MotoGP and Steve Parrish spoke to us all about his predictions for the podium. Parrish has gone for Stoner, Lorenzo and Pedrosa to take the top three spots and spray the bubbly at the end of the race. Not too sure on his call though as I think Dani will be riding on a high after winning at Mugello and surely the speedy Spaniard will take full advantage and wring the neck of the Honda at the (supposedly) high speed Silverstone Circuit.

AMA Supercross: 2012 San Diego Results

Ryan Villopoto captured his second straight victory, winning the San Diego round of the 2012 AMA Supercross championship. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider now has three wins on the season, two more than anyone else, but his hold on the championship points lead has only increased to six points. Villopoto took the lead on the second lap of the main event after overtaking Brett Metcalfe of Yoshimura Suzuki who took the holeshot, with Villopoto‘s teammate Jake Weimer also in the lead group.
