Honda Other description

2010 Honda Sabre, Smooth Ride! Bad to the bone. Sometimes you just want to wear your aggression on your sleeve, and that's why the Sabre is ready to do your talking for you. The Sabre's muscular pro-street style provides a classic ride, with ergonomics to match. Add an impressive 1300cc V-twin engine complete with Honda's sophisticated Programmed Fuel Injection, and you'll be rolling down the meanest streets with a bike that's as tough as it looks: the 2010 Sabre. What happens when you take the wicked, stripped-down styling cues of the Fury chopper and throw in a large dose of pro-street dragster? Well, you re looking at it: the Honda Sabre. Start with the beefy, Fury-derived 1312cc liquid-cooled, 52 V-twin, featuring Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI) and performance as muscular as it is seamless. Smooth, maintenance-free shaft final drive merely makes it that much better. And then, of course, there s the look short, sporty fenders, all-black frame, and a raked-out fork that screams, You want some of this! .

Here is a link to the step-by-step instructions, check out the video after the jump. The GomiCycle – An Electric Motorcycle Conversion from Media Sapien on Vimeo.

How do 1000s compare to the 800s

Wed, 09 Nov 2011

Now MotoGP has completed its transformation from 800 to 1000cc, how do the lap times between the different bikes compare using Valencia and the post-season test as a benchmark.. Yesterday, Dani Pedrosa was the quickest 1000 on his Honda RC213V setting a time of 1:32.186. To find the quickest time from the outgoing 800 era you have to look at his current Repsol Honda team-mate, Casey Stoner, but it wasn't set on a Honda.
