Hickory Hall Lane at Parnassus Road I have two scooters for sale. Both are 2008 Honda Metropolitans. They are both 50cc, water cooled scooters. Both have had regular maintenance. They both run fine, and were ridden very often.They also have five locking mechanisms for when you park: A kickstand lock, a brake lock, a kill switch, a handlebar lock, and a trunk lock. They are very reliable year round (I pre-owned them in the winter during college also) and get over 90 miles-per-gallon.Asking price for the red 1 is $800, and the pink 1 is $900 since it has much fewer miles on it. I am willing to negotiate prices, and will also sell them together for $1,550. If need be, I can deliver them. Please text for any questions. 2010-2011 Honda Shadow VT750 Recall
Mon, 13 Jun 2011Honda has initiated a recall campaign for certain 2010-2011 Shadow series cruisers due to a problem with their bank angle sensors. According to documents filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the bank angle sensors may incorrectly read that the motorcycle is leaning. The bank sensor uses a weighted pendulum that swings into a motorcycle’s lean.
