BEAUTIFUL 2008 HONDA CBR 1000RR LE. LIMITED EDITION #80 OF 500 MADE. THIS BIKE IS IN LIKE NEW CONDITION AND HAS LIVED A PAMPERED LIFE. OVER MAINTAINED WITH SERVICE PERFORMED EVERY 1,500 mile. USING REPSOL OIL AND HONDA OEM AIR FILTER. THE ONLY REASON I M SELLING THIS BIKE IS DUE TO A JOB CHANGE. IT PERFORMS LIKE NEW AND HAS NO SCRATCHES, DENTS OR EXCUSES. NEVER DROPPED OR BEEN DOWN. THE BIKE HAS A YOSHIMURA REAR FENDER ELIMINATOR, L.E.D. TAG LIGHT WITH 2012 REAR TURN SIGNALS, SMOKED FRONT WINDSCREEN AND MATCHING PIRELLI DIOBLO TIRES. REAR TIRE WAS REPLACED LAST WEEK DUE TO A NAIL. I COULD HAVE PRE-OWNED A PLUG BUT I PREFERRED TO REPLACE IT. THIS BIKE IS A REAL HEAD TURNER! NEVER SEEN ANOTHER 1 LIKE IT. THE LE CAME WITH ALL BLACK INCLUDING REAR SETS, FRAME, SWING ARM AND REFLECTIVE WHEEL STRIPES. THE BIKE HAS NEVER BEEN WHEELIED, STUNTED OR RACED. Honda Announces New 125cc Scooter Engine with Idle Stop

Honda announced it is developing a new 125cc scooter engine with an idle stop system promising 25% better fuel economy than existing engines. The announcement comes alongside the announcement of a new 700cc engine which will be introduced with the Honda Integra scooter. The new engine will be introduced in a variety of scooter models around the world in 2012.

Eugene Laverty did everything he could, scoring a pair of race wins but it was not enough as Tom Sykes rode smartly and conservatively at the season finale in Spain, securing his first ever World Superbike Championship. Sykes landed in Jerez with a 37-point lead over Laverty and a 38-point lead over Sylvain Guintoli. While Laverty battled Marco Melandri to win Race One, Sykes coasted comfortably in third for most of the race to score 16 points, enough to clinch the title.

46,061 Motorcycles Stolen in US in 2012

An average of 126 motorcycles were stolen in the U.S. every day in 2012, according to a report released by the the National Insurance Crime Bureau. That’s from a total of 46,061 motorcycles reported stolen that year a 1.3% improvement from the 46,667 motorcycles reported stolen in 2011.
