1998 Honda Superhawk 996cc V-twin engine. All stock 14k miles, attractive tires. Carbs recently cleaned. Runs great. Has small dent in the tank and some scrapes and needs a front brake lever but rides fine as is. Bought it to make a trackday bike out of it but just dont have the time. Honda Reports Q4 2012-2013 Results – North American Motorcycle Sales Up 25%
Fri, 26 Apr 2013Honda reported sales of 15.5 million motorcycles for its fiscal year ended March 31, 2013. That marks a 2.8% increase from the 15.1 motorcycles sold the previous fiscal year. Sales were particularly strong in North America where Honda reported a 25% increase in motorcycles sold.
JCR Honda Wins 2012 Baja 1000
Tue, 20 Nov 2012The Johnny Campbell Racing Honda team handily won the 2012 Tecate SCORE Baja 1000 rally, setting the fastest time in any motorcycle class by more than an hour. The win marked the 16th consecutive victory and 23rd overall for Honda. JCR‘s Colton Udall, Timmy Weigand and David Kamo completed 1121-mile course on a Honda CRF450X with a time of 20:09:30 for an average speed of 55.64 mph.
2013 Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance World Championship Results
Mon, 29 Jul 2013The Musashi HARC-Pro Honda team of Leon Haslam, Michael van der Mark and Takumi Takahashi captured the 2013 Suzuka 8 Hours race. The Musashi team was joined on the podium by the Yoshimura Suzuki team of Takuya Tsuda, Nobuatsu Aoki and Josh Brookes and the Kagayama Suzuki team of Yukio Kagayama, Noriyuki Haga and Kevin Schwantz. The Musashi team completed 214 laps to win the endurance race.
