Honda Other description
Great parts bike for any 1 who needs a 85 Shadow. Got it with all the intentions of fixing it up. Just too many projects. what i do know, hasn't run in over 3 yrs. Air box was at 1 point a mouse nest but didn't make it up to the carbs. Intake runners on air box are junk. Engine oil is old but shows no signs of water. Attempted to turn the bike over but heard a fuse blow once the starter button was pressed. Would like $150 but Best offer takes it. Would like to get rid of it by Saturday. Italian Authorities Seize Alleged Knockoffs from EICMA Show – Again
Fri, 08 Nov 2013In what’s become somewhat of a dubious EICMA tradition, Italian authorities have seized scooters from various show exhibitors because their designs allegedly infringed on the designs of other manufacturers. Back in 2011, authorities seized a three-wheeled scooter called the Yiben YB 250 ZKT because it was deemed to resemble the Piaggio MP3. Last year, authorities seized six models from five exhibitors that allegedly infringed on the trademarked design of Vespa scooters.
EICMA 2013: 2014 Honda CBR300R Revealed at EICMA
Mon, 04 Nov 2013The new Honda CBR300R already made its world premiere earlier this month at the 2013 CIMAMotor show in China, but the entry-level sportbike has now made its European debut at the 2013 EICMA show, with full details and specs released. Follow the rest of our 2013 EICMA show coverage Replacing the CBR250R in most western markets, the new CBR300R offers an extra 37cc in displacement and styling inspired from the CBR1000RR. As we previously reported, the 286cc engine was achieved by increasing the stroke of the 250′s engine by 8 mm to 63mm and keeping the bore at 76mm.
John McGuinness rides the electric future
Sun, 16 Jun 2013Jump onboard with John McGuinness as he heads from the start line on his Shinden Ni / Mugen electric motorcycle in the TT Zero race. One wonders whether Honda would have announced that it is actually a Honda if McGuinness had taken the win. There's certainly plenty of Honda money behind the bike.
