Honda Other description

I have a 1985 Honda CH150D Elite Deluxe for sale in exceptional condition. Tires are new, oil has recently been changed, coolant is full, no leaks. Has custom crash bars, custom trunk, custom clearance and 3rd brake light, custom windshield, cover, and not 1 original piece is missing. I spent nearly a year restoring this scooter, and am ready to move on from it (it was a project from the beginning, I do this as a hobby). This is a Japanese built scooter, 153cc water cooled, and it will do nearly 70mph (typical cruising flat speed is 61-63 depending on rider and cargo weight). Mileage is 1812. I have everything for this scooter including the owner's manual AND the title. I have kept a complete list of all investment put into the scooter in order to restore it down to the last bolt, and what I am selling it for is almost what I put into it, so I will be FIRM on the selling price. These are very rare scooters, and even harder to find in this condition with low miles. Contact Tom at anytime.

Marco Melandri bit a chunk off of Max Biaggi‘s World Superbike championship points lead by taking a pair of wins at Brno. The double was the first in Melandri’s career and the first for BMW. Biaggi, who arrived in the Czech Republic with four wins and nine podium finishes in ten previous races at Brno, was held off the podium this year, shrinking his lead in the championship to 21 points from 48.

Simon and Leo

If you are a track day regular this year, you may well have bumped into former racer and friendly Kiwi, Simon Crafar. I first met him in Malaysia in 1990 when he was riding for a Yamaha dealer team, sweating his way round circuits like Shah Alam and Johor Bahru but with a long term plan to make it onto the World scene. And he didn’t take long as after riding for Honda in the UK in 1992 he moved to WSB in 1994 and enjoyed success with both the Honda and Kawasaki factory teams.

Honda CRF250L Confirmed for North America

Thu, 19 Apr 2012

American Honda and Honda Canada haven’t yet officially announced they will import the new Honda CRF250L, but the parent company has outed the dual-sport’s availability in North America. Honda has launched a new micro-site dedicated to the CRF250L describing its features including its CBR250R-derived engine. The section discussing the CRF250L’s muffler explicitly confirms an American and Canadian model, saying: “the model for the United States and Canada complies through additional settings for a spark arrestor.” The section on the CRF250L’s engine also confirms the dual-sport will be CARB-compliant, stating: “the power unit for the U.S.
