1985 Honda Atc 350x on 2040-motos

I have a project/running 350X three wheeler for sale (or possible trade).It is a project, my friend from Kentucky tried to build the carb and it went horribly wrong. She will crank but it is flooding and smoking pretty bad. This was his 1st attempt at building a carb and he said he had "parts left over" when he was done. . . This may be an easy fix, the motor itself does not knock or have funny noises coming from it. The rest of the bike is decent but someone has painted the plastic black, she has no brakes, she needs a chain, and she needs a front spacer for the front wheel (I have it though). I was going to make a nice rider put of it but do not have the time. I am asking $700 for her. I work until 7PM or later every night. I had been promised better hours but they never came, so, these bikes need to go. I just don't have the time to devote to them with work and 2 kids.
