Honda Other description

I purchased this a year ago and have not used it much. I also purchased a 1980 Honda XL185s  at the same time and thought kind of a father son riding thing. Just didn't work out. It was restored just before I purchased it and it is still just as nice. Not perfect but quite nice. It runs excellent and shifts perfectly. The only thing that is not working is the turn signals. A new battery will come with the sale as well as the owners manual. I never titled it but I do have a title from the previous owner which is clear and from Tennessee.

I purchased this bike for 2500 and you can call me any day after 4pm and I will answer any questions you may have. Ask for James.   570-596-2830

Old boys up front and where are the new 600 Gixers?

Mon, 28 Feb 2011

As I’ve been gagging for the new race season to kick off so it was almost a pleasure getting up at stupid 0 clock to watch the World Superbike Championship  opener at Phillip Island last weekend. I have to say Messrs Burnicle and Whitham were on form although I was disappointed there were none of the usual verbal attacks on each other that always add to the entertainment.    I’m sure they will put things right soon but the world superbike regulars must have been disheartened that Moto GP veterans nailed five of the six available rostrum slots.

James Toseland Announces Retirement from Racing

Fri, 09 Sep 2011

Two-time World Superbike Champion James Toseland announced his immediate retirement from motorcycle racing due to a debilitating injury to his right wrist. Signed with the BMW Motor Italia racing team, Toseland has been limited to just seven of 20 races in this season’s WSBK Championship due to the wrist injury initially suffered during a private test at Spain’s Aragon circuit in March. After undergoing an operation for the injury, Toseland made two attempts at returning to racing, first at the Miller Motorsports Park round in May and again at the Silverstone round in July.

Did you get your bike serviced at George White Slough?

Thu, 18 Aug 2011

Unfortunately, The George White branch at Slough has closed which means the sales, clothing and servicing departments are all gone. I got to know a few of the guys there as they're local to me and helped put my 848 Challenge bike together. If you used to get your bike serviced there, you might wonder where you can now go to get it done.
