Honda Other description

Selling my 1980 Honda CX500 Custom. The bike has ~18,700 miles on it, it had sat for ~20 years doing nothing because the previous owner thought the transmission busted. It is just a little difficult to get into neutral. I pulled the air filter out and charged up the battery and the bike started right up. I rode it around a little and thats the reason im selling, it is simply just too big for me.

I will put in a new battery and air filter and then the bike will be ready to ride.
the tires are a bit worn, probably arent safe to ride on very much.

The bike is located in Waukon, Iowa, 4 hours to the North East.

I also have extra parts,a seat with a tear, a windshield, rear carrier bracket and rear backrest to be sold separately

If the bike doesn't sell this FINAL time I am going to keep it and ride it next season.
The price WILL NOT lower any more, so buy it now if your interested. you won't find a better deal then this.

Schwantz, Tsujimoto Team Up For Yoshimura Legends Team At 2014 Suzuka 8-Hour

Sat, 01 Mar 2014

Former 500cc World Champion, Kevin Schwantz, will pair with former Japanese Champion, Satoshi Tsujimoto, in this year’s Suzuka 8-Hour race. The duo originally tackled Suzuka together in 1986, ultimately coming in third position. Now the two are back in celebration of Yoshimura’s 60th anniversary, as part of the company’s “Legend Team.” Yoshimura will also field a second entry with former Australian Champion Josh Waters and All Japan Superbike rider Takuya Tsuda.

How about Edwards at Repsol Honda?

Wed, 13 Jun 2012

Casey Stoner's decision to retire at the end of the season has had a real shake-up for the Repsol Honda line-up along with the discussion, rumour and speculation of who will take his vacated seat for next season. With silly season occurring much earlier following Stoner's announcement at the French GP in May, rumours and speculation have been banded around with three candidates leading the way: Jorge Lorenzo, Valentino Rossi and Marc Marquez. Lorenzo, until he was confirmed to stick with Yamaha for another two seasons, was the most plausible of the trio as both himself and Casey are the top two riders in the world right now, making him the obvious choice after the Australian departs.
