Honda Other description

Up for sale is a 1978 Honda CX500. The bike has been sitting since the mid 80's and will need gone through. It turns over with compression, shifts through the gears, and rolls freely. Tires appear to be in good shape still.. The throttle cable is broke and there are no mufflers. The tank doesn't appear to be rusted inside. Overall, as you can see in the pics it is in pretty decent shape and would be a great winter project with a lot of potential. I think it would clean up very well. You can call me at 2696912872 with any questions. Thank you for looking!

Drool-worthy new trials bike

Fri, 25 Oct 2013

THIS is the new Montesa Cota 4RT260 Factory, a sort of BMW HP4 of the trials world. Developed in collaboration with Honda, and the Repsol Montesa Honda Trials team, it’s got a 259cc single-cylinder four-stroke engine designed to compete with smaller two-strokes while producing less emissions. There are two versions, the £5,699 standard 4RT260, aimed at amateur-to-advanced riders, and the more competition-focussed Factory Race Replica version, with Showa suspension, at £6,799.

McGuinness to Race Honda CBR500R at 2013 Isle of Man TT

Wed, 06 Mar 2013

Honda is serious about showing off the racing prowess of the CBR500R. Sharing much of the same components as its siblings the CB500X and CB500F, it’s easy for critics to question whether the CBR500R is worthy of the CBR designation. The first thing Honda did to try to dispel those worries is to secure the CBR500R as the spec race bike for the 2013 European Junior Cup, a racing series for youths held at select rounds of the World Superbike Championship.
