This bike came out a basement after a 30 yr slumber. Previous owner fogged the entire bike with some kind of oil, effectively preserving the bike. There is some minor surface rust, but all of the metal is solid. All of the hard to find covers, like the carb and side covers and swingarm plugs are present and intact. The inside of the tank is clean, and has a new replacement petcock. Whitewall tires hold air, but have some cracking in the sidewalls. I got this 305 running in less than two hours. It runs strong with no smoke or odd noises. Everything works, including the automatic start, horn and lamps. Has a new OEM air cleaner and a new battery. Comes with a current New Hampshire Registration, which can be pre-owned to obtain a Title and Registration in any State. The Africa Twin parallel twin will be installed in another chassis - an asphalt tourist one. Unfortunately, at the moment there are no official pictures, only the fantasies of fans and third-party designers. Only one thing is clear - the engine will be 1100cc, and just like the CRF1100 Africa Twin touring enduro and CMX1100 Rebel chopper, the engine will be offered with both a conventional motorcycle foot-shift gearbox and a DCT robot.

Honda Europe has announced big changes for the upcoming 2014 PCX125 and PCX150 line of scooters, to be available in the spring. As one of Europe’s top-selling scooters, Honda listened to customer feedback when updating the PCX line. Both PCX’s receive full LED lighting, reducing drain on the engine, as well as a switch for hazard lights.

Honda Opening Fourth Motorcycle Factory in India

Honda announced plans to open its fourth motorcycle manufacturing plant in India, with a production capacity of 1.2 million units per year. Honda is investing 11 billion Indian rupees (US$175.8 million) into the new facility which it hopes will strengthen the position of its subsidiary Honda Motorcycle Scooter India Ltd. as the world’s second largest motorcycle producer while taking aim at the current leader, Hero MotoCorp.
