Honda Other description

This black and silver Honda S90 has 6,988 miles and is in good condition. It’s no speed demon, but it’s an absolute joy to ride in town.

The bike does show its wear and age. It has several small dents and some surface rust on the fenders (as shown in the pictures). This bike has been in my garage as a collection piece for the past 7 years with occasional driving and general maintenance. The bike starts with ease with no leaks, Swing arm Electrical Starting Kick-starter Engine, 90cc OHC single cylinder engine fitted to a 4 speed manual clutch transmission, recently new battery and carburetors, all working lights and electric.

It is a small rider, 65 mph and 90 mpg easily possible, making this an economical (and beautiful) commuter bike.

The bike is located in Indianapolis and we encourage inspections.

Honda to Sponsor and Compete in 2013 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb

Tue, 23 Apr 2013

American Honda announced it will be a partnering sponsor for the 2013 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb while also entering the competition, racing in nine different classes (well, seventh, plus “Exhibition” entries in both car and motorcycle categories). Honda R&D staff, engineers, test riders and drivers will compete in car, motorcycle and ATV categories. Honda will field a record ten entries in all, with nine different vehicles including the CBR1000RR, CBR600RR, CRF450R and CRF250R.

BMW 1000RR and the Honda C70, are they indestructible?

Wed, 20 Apr 2011

I’ve managed 1374 miles on the Michelin Power Pures (mostly on track) and although we’ve had some decent temperatures they still look like new so there’s plenty meat left for another month at least. I’ve been running them at 30psi front and 32psi rear and find they warm up after a few miles but I wouldn’t say the temperature comes any quicker than any of the competition so it has to be four miles before I get brave. I’ve had a few out the seat moments with my BMW but I have got the rear suspension  set pretty hard (8 rebound,8 compression, two turns on pre load) and in slick mode, so 190bhp in first gear at the Knockhill hairpin is always going to be dodgy.

2013 Honda CRF250M Launched in Thailand – The Supermoto Version of the CRF250L

Wed, 16 Jan 2013

Honda has revealed a new supermoto version of the new CRF250L in Thailand dubbed the CRF250M. Like the L, the CRF250M uses re-tuned version of the CBR250R‘s engine, a liquid-cooled fuel-injected 249cc Single. When we dyno’ed the CRF250L in our recent 2013 250cc class dual-sport shootout, we measured a peak of 20.3 hp at 8700 rpm and 14.0 ft-lb.
