Bike has upgraded forward controls and the paint and finish are decent but not show quality. The 2000 Magna features Hondas legendary V-4 performance, superb comfort, and beautiful styling. The liquid-cooled DOHC engine is tuned for excellent mid-range power and torque, and a 360-degree crankshaft provides a distinctive custom V-4 feel and sound. Seating is low for comfort and confidence, with a wide, deep cushion. The large-diameter, 41mm cartridge front fork gives excellent control and a plush ride.

(Updated with six more high-resolution images.) Honda describes the RC-E as an electric version of a supersports bike, claiming a powerful and smooth ride for an electric vehicle within the compact form of a 250cc-class motorcycle.
