1984 Honda Interceptor VFR700, Motorcycle of the year in 1984 and the last of the original interceptors . This motorcycle has been hard to find due to many wrecks. Everything works as it should and is a daily runner. She is fast and nearly stock in appearance with the original paint with no dings that has been fitted with modern conveniences to provide better performance, reliability and safety. Carbs are done (of course) , New tires, New master front brake cylinder, new ignition, new oil and filter, new coolant, new air filter (k&N) two brothers exhaust, new seat and complete top and bottom seals replacement. $2700 firm . Casey Stoner looked all set to win at Motegi, after translating his pole position into an early race-lead. But coming over the crest on the back straight his bike momentarily lost control in a tank slapper. Regaining composure the championship leader was forced to pump his brakes to get the pads back in place, with the rear-wheel bouncing in the air he ran out of time and space to make the 90 degree right hander and was forced to run into the gravel.
