We provide our customers not only the best value but the best service, lowest price, lowest shipping cost, quickest and easiest transaction.
Of the many things we liquidate, we personally select the best of them for public disposal to keep our 19 year perfect online reputation. Our primary job is bank asset liquidation, however when at auction we will purchase assets that we feel are of good value to our customers. We diligently research all like items for sale in North America. We try to set our asking price below or among the lowest. We are known for having older items in the average condition of far newer units, it's one of our favorite things to do.
We have the very best technicians that can be had, skilled in assessment and repairs of vast types of assets. A technical analysis is done on every item including a series of tests on the engines and major components that weed out items with issue before they are even shipped to our Orem yard. Only the best are brought in and presented to the public. We provide a detailed condition report complete with a statement from our mechanical technician, video of the machines in action and photos aplenty in every presentation with 100% success.
However we are limited in the time we have to liquidate assets. If we are unable to sell them to the public in a short time, we will return them to auction. After 3 or 4 weeks we don't want it around anymore so we'll do almost anything to get it gone. Consequently our reserve price is lowered often, sometimes daily.
OFFERS:
You can place a bid or call the owner Gary on his cell phone at 801-358-3716 and he will diligently work any offer you present and is happy to discuss the offers that have been received. You cannot offend us with your offer, it's not possible. When Gary gives you the best price on the item that day, that is what it is. We don't pad our prices for negotiations. We do not play poker with our customers. There are no hidden fees, your offer, period. It takes about 15 minutes to get an answer on an offer and it takes less than 5 minutes to close a sale over the phone with a paypal or credit card deposit and bank to bank wire transfer for the balance.
PAYMENTS:
We ask that upon winning a bid or accepting an offer that a $1000 credit card or paypal deposit is made within 24 hours. The balance is then due within 5 business days via bank to bank wire transfer.
SHIPPING:
As a result of our 40 years of using transportation resources, we pass on the sizable discounts we receive to our customers. We don't normally mark shipping up for profit. In most cases, we can ship a truck to you for less than you can fly in and drive it home. We can normally transport flatbed and step deck items or machinery to you for less than you can pick it up and take it home if you have your own semi truck. We will load your purchase on a trailer for shipping free of charge. We have a loading dock and forklifts on site at all times. The majority of our items are transported on flatbed or step deck equipment trailers so you will need a dock available for off loading.
GUARANTEE:
We welcome potential buyers to inspect the items prior to purchase. Just call Gary anytime with a couple of hours notice on nights or weekends. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions prior to bidding or making an offer. It will save us both headache and heartache later on. Once you've placed a deposit, you can come personally inspect or arrange for an independent inspection which we can direct you to in our area if you'd like, within 3 business days and refuse it for any reason for a full refund of your deposit. Your satisfaction is paramount to us. However if we ship your item and you receive it we are not able to refund however we are very good at reselling your item in place in a short time up to 6 months later. In most cases our customers realize all of their investment back. e are confident in the quality and work readiness of what we sell. We do not sell junk and would not intentionally put upon you the burden of something hidden that would prevent you from being able to use it.
TAXES, PERMITS & FEES:
Utah residents will be charged sales tax at 6.85% as required by the state of Utah, as we are a licensed and bonded dealer. Non resident buyers only need to complete the required sales tax exemption form.
We have 45 day temporary permits available. The cost is $75 for most vehicles. Permits on larger vehicles are available for an additional fee. That fee is assessed on a per vehicle basis and based on it's GVW.
There’s no question Casey Stoner was (and still is) one of the best riders ever to throw a leg over a motorcycle. His accomplishments on two wheels, especially his championships on both Ducati and Honda machinery, are proof. Next week at the MotoGP round at Phillip Island in Australia, Stoner will join a distinct group of riders as he will be officially inducted into the MotoGP Hall of Fame.
Ryan Villopoto capped off his fourth-consecutive AMA Supercross championship with an impressive victory at the season finale at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider clinched the title at last week’s New Jersey round so he didn’t have to prove anything in Vegas. But he did, leading all 20 laps and winning by nearly 14 seconds.
Marco Melandri and Eugene Laverty split a pair of victories at Portugal’s Portimao circuit while Sylvain Guintoli took advantage of some misfortune to his championship rivals to increase his lead in the 2013 World Superbike Championship standings. Guintoli has been leading or sharing the lead in the championship since winning the first race of Round 1 in Australia, but amazingly continues to lead despite having just that single victory after six rounds. The Aprilia rider has accomplished this through his consistency (Guintoli leads all racers with nine podium finishes in 12 races) and ability to finish each race (he’s the only rider in the top seven without a DNF).
