Honda Gold Wing description

Hasn't run for 2 years.  Will need some work.  Can't stay in my garage any longer. Was running good until I parked it.  Fixer upper.  No major problems.   Slight oil drip from gasket.  Someone will love this bike with a minimum amount of work.  Needs new windshield and has torn seams in backrest(see pix). Anyone welcome to have a look.

Factory teams will be allowed to program their own ECU software while privateers will be required to run the standard software.

Honda Developing V4 MotoGP Production Racer

Fri, 22 Jun 2012

Honda is reportedly developing a production racer based on its RC213V racebike that could be sold to teams looking to compete in MotoGP. The new racebike is expected to be of a lower-spec than the RC213V prototype but perform better than a CRT machine with a production-based engine. According to a report by racing site MotoMatters and French magazine Moto Journal, the new V4-engined production racer will be sold to race teams instead of being leased, as is the case with current satellite teams and their race prototypes.

“The Retriever” is Swedish for Tow Bike

Wed, 22 Oct 2008

The Honda GL1800 Goldwing may be a versatile vehicle, but a Sweden based company has developed theirs to be something much different; a recovery vehicle. According to their site, the process takes less than 90 seconds with a single operator using the handheld remote control. The bike can allegedly be driven like any other motorcycle when you are not towing a car behind you.
