Honda Gold Wing description

1986 Honda Goldwing GL1200 Aspencade
only 19427 miles!

You are bidding on a very clean 1986 Honda Goldwing GL1200 Aspencade, Probably one of the cleanest i have seen yet. With just a little tlc this bike could be almost perfect. The water pump seal has a little seepage around it, and the fork seals seem to have a small leak. The cooling fan may need a relay kicks on randomly, (the bike does not get hot or overheat). Over all this Goldwing is in excellent condition for the year!! It has all the bells and whistles and is ready for a road trip. This motorcycle is sold as is. Call or email Ron with any questions!

Capirossi Announces Retirement at Conclusion of 2011 Season

Thu, 01 Sep 2011

Loris Capirossi announced he will retire at the end of the 2011 MotoGP season, closing off a quarter century of racing including 22 years at the Grand Prix level and three World Championships. “It’s an important moment in my career, and the decision I made has come about after a lot of reflection,” says Capriossi. “I’m happy that after 25 years, of which 22 were in the world championship, I’m at a point where I can still have a smile on my lips as I part ways, even if it’s difficult to think that I won’t be riding a bike next year.” The announcement was made during a press conference at Misano for the upcoming San Marino Grand Prix, the final Italian stop of the 2011 season.

Hero Honda Rebranded as Hero MotoCorp

Tue, 09 Aug 2011

Honda’s former joint venture in India has officially rebranded itself as Hero MotoCorp, revealing the company’s new logo and signaling the beginning of a new era for India’s largest motorcycle manufacturer. Formerly known as Hero Honda, the joint venture claims a share of nearly half of India’s two-wheeled vehicle market. Honda decided in late 2010 to end its 27-year partnership with India’s Hero Motors, buying out its 26% share for $855 million, about half the market price at the time.

2022 Honda ADV350 First Look (from Afar)

Tue, 23 Nov 2021

We saw a bunch of Honda X-ADV scooters on our pass through Rome a few weeks ago, and felt jealousy. When American Honda invited us to ride a new minimoto last week, we hoped against hope… alas, it was the Navi. For the new year, we can be even more covetous, as Honda Europe now has an ADV350 that’s bigger, badder, and cooler.
