I had a title when I purchased and registered the bike with the DMV but can't find it now so I will provide you with a bill of sale.

    A very clean Honda CT70 vintage trail bike that has been in storage for quite some time but fresh gas and a plug cleaning and it fired right up for us.  Probably  could use a good tune up and battery charge but it is all complete and very clean.  It has a 3 speed transmission and was built in 9/1971.  Paint and chrome are excellent as well as the seat and tires.  I bought her many years ago and was told by the seller that in 1971 not all states issued titles (don't know if he was fibbing)  so I never received one at the time of sale but I will be selling the bike with a bill of sale.  The odometer shows under 1390 miles.  The horn doesn't work and I haven't looked into its repair.  Local pickup only or buyer "arranges and pays" for shipping  in the u.s. only.  Not being a mechanic I haven't checked compression or condition of the engine but it started right up and ran fine after quite a long store.  if you are local I have no problem with a mechanics inspection prior to auction close otherwise, bike is being sold "as is" with no warranty's expressed or implied. good luck and happy bidding.

    Very nice condition 1971 Honda CT 70 HKO motorcycle.   Bike has title and is currently licensed in Nebraska as a historic motorcycle.  Everything works.   Currently has incorrect speedodometer but it works fine (has the 3sp speedo).    Bike runs perfectly, starts easy, shifts like butter.   Motor recently rebuilt by the famous MotoEnzo and has about 100 miles on it.  Bike is available in Omaha, NE - if you need it to go somewhere else you will either have to pick it up or arrange for shipping.

    Hi, Up for sale is a beautiful 1972 Honda CT.  This motorcycle has 1893 miles and is in great original condition for being 44 years old!!  The paint shines and the chrome is incredible.  It has been kept in my garage for years riding only occasionally.  It is in original condition except for the carb which is aftermarket and working great! The original will be included along with a new battery. This is a blast to drive and gathers tons of attention.  This can be added to your collection or right to the campsite and trails!   It runs very smooth and very strong.  I drove it the other day and hit 40 with a little tail wind behind me.  This CT has a clear title and original key.  It also has original tool kit under the seat.  It does has scratches and some dents and scuffs as expected of a bike this age. I did my best to show close ups.  I put a new throttle cable in but does not always retract fully as it should.  The grab bars are aftermarket but there was no drilling.  Other than carb the motor has never been touched. I have sold multiple cars and misc items and have received 100% feedback.  Bid with confidence.  This Honda is being sold as is with no warranty.  I will require a 200 non refundable deposit within 48 hours of sale.  Remaining balance due within 7 days.  Shipping is the responsibilty of the buyer.  I will hold the bike for up to 3 weeks if paid in full within terms.  I will help with shipping but ultimately the responsibility and cost is to the buyer.  I will help put on pallet and get to a shipping company if there is one in my city.  Buyer will be responsible for arraning all of this.

    Up for sale is this really nice 1972 Honda CT70 which has been completely disassembled (other than the engine) and restored. The bikes frame,swing arm front forks,rear shocks and rims where all bead blasted down to bare metal then Primed,Powder Coated and then cleared .Every nut and bolt where machine polished then hand polished or replaced with OEM ones. All Chrome pieces where also polished or replaced with OEM parts.

Has brand new Briggstone tires and tubes, muffler, cylnder, piston and rings, Honda side cover, carburator.  I have all the original parts as shown in the picture that will be included.  After installing new parts and getting it running a couple weeks ago, took it on several test rides, ran and shifted ok, went over a bump in the road, stalled and wouldn't restart.  Found out it is no longer getting spark, don't know why, maybe just a loose wire or bad connection. Also has other issues and needs other parts like cables, headlight lens is cracked, left handlebar is bent, has some dings, chips, light surface rust here and there.  Engine side cover has a few chips where the wire goes into the stater from someone using a screwdriver to pry off the flywheel.  Battery is dead so don't know if the lights or horn work.  No key, but have a clear Florida title in my name.  If you have any questions or would like any more pictures, just ask.  There is no reserve, no buy it now price.  Highest bider wins.
