Honda CT description

PLEASE NOTE: There is no title with this bike despite what the specifics say (e-bay makes you fill in the space). I can provide a receipt upon request. Make sure to read the entire description including the end.

If you'd like to see a video walkthrough of this bike, including it running, please go to youtube, and in the search box type "suicycleschopshop" . You will then be able to see my vids.

This is an excellent running CT70. It was adult owned and well taken care of. To make this description as short as possible, I'll just say that if you heat gun that bad left side decal off, and put on a re-popped one, it would really stand out as an original beauty ! Please view all the pics for condition, it is WELL above average ! But theres still enough little things to do, to have an excuse to tinker in the garage over a cold beer :) By that I mean, the fenders are a bit faded from polishing. Theres still a little dirt/grime here or there to clean up. But if you just want a super nice clean survivor that you can hop on and go, this is it. Or you might want to just go crazy and do a full out nut/bolt resto, but I'd personally never touch such a nice original.

If that short description wasnt good enough for ya, heres the long version: MINT seat, rock solid nice exhaust, good tires (Trail Wing front with 70% left, Nankang rear with about 30% left), straight bars, straight forks, horn/switches all work and nice shape, original paint is VERY nice, even nicer if you wax/polish it, all decals except the left main frame one are minty, even the fork tube plate is amazing (usually damaged by the cables), charging system tested and excellent but battery a little weak, skid plate/engine mount is practically flawless underneath. I coudl go but just check them pictures, and feel free to ask me anything that comes to mind !

NOTE: I sell bikes as described. I keep in mind some people are pickier then others, but I give as much information I can based on over 30 years experience, and Im very picky myself. Therefore it is sold as a 36 year old bike (but once again, as described).
Buyer responsible for all pickup arrangements and costs. I highly recomend 1-800-haulbikes (best in the business) but you can check uship if you desire. Or can be picked up in person, in Wisconsin, zip code 54409. IMS New York City

What the hell is that? Come back tomorrow to find out! The New York City stop of the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show starts this Friday and I think my ears have begun bleeding from all the chatter going on around the Motorcycle.com virtual office about the 2010 Honda Fury.

Day 1 Dakar 2014: Barreda Draws First Blood

Mon, 06 Jan 2014

Team HRC’s Joan Barreda on the Honda CRF450 Rally, got off to a storming start in day one of the 2014 Dakar rally, clocking up the fastest time of all the 175 riders at the first time-check. The former Husqvarna rider who moved to Honda in the middle of the season inaugurated his 2014 Dakar with an acrobatic performance. The motorcycle competition was expected to be wide open, and that is indeed what the classification shows after the opening stage. It was a very early start for the Rally Dakar. The pack of riders headed off at four in the morning on a long 251 miles that took them towards the vibrant city of Rosario for the start of the 112 mile special.

Motorcycle Beginner Diary: What I Love About Being a Motorcyclist

Mon, 06 Jun 2011

Hey folks, it’s Dennis here, Motorcycle.com‘s Designated Newbie. As documented in our Motorcycle Beginner articles (and if you haven’t read them yet, check out the Related Reading links below!) we’re taking a look at the new rider experience and what it means to be a motorcyclist. I’ve had a couple of weeks’ worth of riding on the new Honda CBR250R (more on that in our next Motorcycle Beginner article) and so far I’m having a blast.
