Honda CRF description

I have a 2005 CRF 450R, extremely well maintained and Low Hours on it... I am the original owner, the bike has always been kept inside our shop....

I have a list of option parts I have installed...

The bike has:

- Procircuit Gp Low Boy Exhaust ( all Titanium)

- RG3 triple clamps (upper & lower)

- Full Hinson Racing clutch ( inner aluminum hub, aluminum clutch basket, springs, pressure plates, and Hinson clutch cover)

- Re-valved suspension by RG3

- R&D racing float bowl and accelerator pump

- I Re-jetted the carburetor when I installed the accelerator pump and float bowl ( no lean bog what so ever on the bottom end when you snap the throttle open

and a clean fuel mixture from mid to top...

- I also installed an adjustable leak jet, so you can lightly adjust the carburetor mixtures according to the altitude

- Renthal Kevlar grips to top it off...

This bike runs really well and strong, I hate to get rid of it but I'm to busy with work to ride right now...

FIM to Revise WSBK Homologation Requirements

Fri, 17 Jan 2014

The International Motorcycling Federation is considering modifying its homologation requirements for the World Superbike Championship following Bimota‘s somewhat surprising plans to re-enter the series. Under current regulations, manufacturers must produce a minimum number of motorcycles for it to be eligible to compete in the production-based WSBK championship. The official regulations currently require a minimum of 125 units produced for an initial homologation inspection, 500 units produced by June 30 of the current year, 1,000 units by the end of the current year and 2,000 units by the end of the following year.

Stoner Tops Day One of Sepang Test – Video

Tue, 28 Feb 2012

It’s been about a month since Casey Stoner last tested the Honda RC213V racebike at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit but the defending World Champion remains the man to beat, setting the fastest lap at the first day of MotoGP’s February Sepang test. Heavy rain limited teams’ testing and Stoner only completed 16 laps but still managed to set a time of 2:01.761. Stoner was the only rider to lap under 2:02, though his Repsol Honda teammate Dani Pedrosa came close with a time of 2:02.005 while completing 36 laps.
