2005 Honda Crf 450R, I'm selling a 2005 CRF450R that is in awesome condition! This bike has everything you could want for a great multi-purpose bike for either the desert, dunes, or track. Is extremely fast and has awesome power. Was never crashed or wrecked hard. The bike has an FMF complete exhaust with Power Bomb header and Carbon fiber muffler. Has ASV billet unbreakable clutch and brake levers. Comes with a very clean looking graphics kit. Has a Hinson Clutch in it that was installed less than 4hrs ago on the bike. The back shock has been rebuilt and re-valved along with the front forks having the Race-Tech Gold Valve Rebound and compression kits in them, which in suspension alone has close to a $1000 in them. Tires are in good condition. The rims are Excel Racing Rims with Excel racing hubs and Bulldog spokes. These rims new were around $1200 all together. The bike all together is in awesome condition and in better condition then most bikes out there. Has been well taken care of and always had fresh fluids put in it. Honda Announces New 125cc Scooter Engine with Idle Stop
Mon, 26 Sep 2011Honda announced it is developing a new 125cc scooter engine with an idle stop system promising 25% better fuel economy than existing engines. The announcement comes alongside the announcement of a new 700cc engine which will be introduced with the Honda Integra scooter. The new engine will be introduced in a variety of scooter models around the world in 2012.
2014 Honda CTX700 Recalled in Canada for ABS Issue
Thu, 11 Jul 2013Transport Canada announced a recall for the new Honda CTX700 because of a manufacturing error in its anti-lock braking system. The Canadian recall applies to both the CTX700N and the partially-faired CTX700T (known simply as the Honda CTX700 in the U.S. market and other markets.) According to the recall notice, the ABS modulator may have been manufactured incorrectly and could potentially fail, allowing the front and/or rear wheels to lock up under heavy braking, increasing the risk of a crash.
Repsol to Sponsor 15-Year-Old Female Racer
Wed, 22 Feb 2012Spanish oil company and frequent racing sponsor Repsol has reportedly close to signing 15-year-old Red Bull Rookies Cup racer Maria Herrera to its stable of riders. Herrera, the 2011 Mediterranean PreGP Champion, is the first female racer to be selected to compete in the Red Bull Rookies Cup, a youth racing series held jointly with the MotoGP tour. Herrera also trains with MotoGP racer Alvaro Bautista.
