Honda CRF description

2005 Honda CFR 250R –

Runs great, rides great. Starts right up (will get a video up later of starting and running)
Have the title in hand

Its been ridden, and yes I have fallen as anyone who rides should
J so it’s not shiny and pretty. Lots of scratches etc. Could use a good once over, but in good mechanical shape.

-Has hot start lever
-Brand new oil seal set included (small leak somewhere so was going to replace them all)
- new rear brake disk extra (brand new)
- pro taper bars / & pad

- tires are in good shape

- Brakes are good

-some extra white plastics

-just did oil change / trans fluid before start up

- I have some almost new riding gear as well for someone about 6 ft 200lb, can throw that in as well.

I just never ride it. Moved to Atlanta, never even look at it now (been literally 2 years since ridden). Need to sell any toys I am not using according to the wife.

Please contact me for any more pictures or any info you want. Not sure what else you may want to see.

I cannot ship, but it’s easy to haul in a pickup. I can help you or anyone load it and strap it down.

This is for sale locally as well, but I will not take less locally. Ebay is a great service, and they protect both buyer and seller

Video of it running, just started Aug 1st and took about 10 kicks (was not started for about 16 months). Drained gas and filled back up, started right up.

BMW 1000RR and the Honda C70, are they indestructible?

Wed, 20 Apr 2011

I’ve managed 1374 miles on the Michelin Power Pures (mostly on track) and although we’ve had some decent temperatures they still look like new so there’s plenty meat left for another month at least. I’ve been running them at 30psi front and 32psi rear and find they warm up after a few miles but I wouldn’t say the temperature comes any quicker than any of the competition so it has to be four miles before I get brave. I’ve had a few out the seat moments with my BMW but I have got the rear suspension  set pretty hard (8 rebound,8 compression, two turns on pre load) and in slick mode, so 190bhp in first gear at the Knockhill hairpin is always going to be dodgy.
