1970 Honda CL (1970)
Up for auction is a real nice original, perfect running vintage Honda CL350 scrambler. It has 8,561 actual miles on it. I cleaned carbs, has a brand new battery and that's about all she needed. The tires look to be the originals and it even has the factory tool kit yet. The side covers are a little faded as is normal and there is a crease on the side of the gas tank that I think could be massaged out by a PDR person.2016-06-20 04:44:52Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, United States86900

1972 Honda CL450; Frame-Off Restoration (1972)
Looking for a pristine CL450, look no further. This 1972 Honda CL450 has been completely restored; "a frame-off restoration". It is in showroom condition, you can proudly ride it or show it. When dismantled, all painted surfaces were bead blasted to bare metal. Gas tank interior was de-rusted by a Rusteco solution; rusteco.com . Gas tank and air filter covers were professionally painted. New decals applied and then painted with a clear coat, a very good UV protection. A used but VERY nice condition replacement speedometer installed on the bike reading, 9,821 miles. The original speedometer and title read, 25,045 miles, which was replaced because it was dented.2013-10-20 00:02:13East Sandwich, Massachusetts, US9,8323,850.00

100% custom Honda CL450 adventure bike by Lossa Engineering, Ammo cans w/ solar (1970)
I haven’t built a bike for myself in over 3 years. So after a horrible 2012 getting cancer again, doing chemotherapy, full body radiation and having a bone marrow transplant. I was aching to build something I have thought about for years and use the build as therapy while I was recovering to get back into the swing of things. Everyone knows me for building cafe bikes, well, I actually build motorcycles, any brand any model as long as they are from the 60’s or 70’s. I wanted to build something I could take off-road or jump off a curb and actually carry stuff with me when I ride. I bought the donor bike a few years ago and it was soo clean I was unsure if I wanted to even modify it. But being someone who can never leave good enough or perfect alone, I had to take it to the extreme. I was collecting many parts for the build over the next few years while it was just sat upstairs in my personal work area. I did a little mock up here and there over the years to dial in some of the parts I wanted to use. Then I started to spend every saturday just working on the fabrication. I basically had to assemble and build the whole bike as it was going to be finished before it was taken apart for all the plating and coatings. The 40 cal. ammo cans were custom mounted with 70’s Hondaline saddle bag mounts that I chopped up so they would come off and on easy. The exhaust had to mount under the left side ammo can and the rear suspension was a lot taller so custom gearing and clearance for the chain was needed. Every nut and bolt that I was using had to be accounted for and all the chrome had to be stripped before the zinc plating. After mock up everything went out to powder coating, yellow zinc plating, anodizing and paint. The ammo cans house solar panels from Goal Zero, they charge a flashlight and speakers form Goal Zero too and they charge my iPhone while I ride. They will charge anything with a USB port. The tail light is a model A reproduction from Lick’s cycle that I bought over 5 years ago and it pretty much sums up my 2012 year and how I felt against the world! Pics shot by: Eric Simpson Photography Specs: CL350 gas tank with custom Lossa gas cap 40 cal.2013-09-28 17:43:54Long Beach, California, US1505,200.00

FS 1962 Honda Sport 50 c 110 with lifan 125cc engine runs project no reserve (1962)
FS 1962 honda sport 50, I bought with original motor but mice were living inside bike and ate all the wires, so bought and mounted the lifan 125 cc motor, its also wired up. I bought as a project and don't have the time for it, I basically put the lifan motor on it and started it but wasn't able to drive due to throttle cable breaking and gas leak in the tank. (it leaks enough that it will need to be repaired right away, but I don't know where leak is so you'll have to pull the tank).2013-09-03 06:45:41Grove City, Ohio, US5,780460.00

1972 Honda CL175 (1972)
I am selling my 1972 Honda CL175 with 5,784 miles. I would call this bike, for the year, to be in excellent condition. The original seat is flawless. The front and rear tires, along with the battery have been replaced. Gas tank has been cleaned inside and sealed, carbs rebuilt and it has had a complete tuneup. The oils have been changed and the filter cleaned. This bike starts and runs like new. The bike has been stored inside as you can tell by the seat, the paint and the red color in the tac and speedometer are still bright. There are some minor flaws so that you know that I am accurately representing this bike. The front rim has a spot rust mark, the front forks on the lower part will not polish up perfect, the tank has a small blemish on the right side, the right exhaust pipe has a blue spot and there is a small rash on the muffler guard. This bike has a clean Iowa title. If you are serious about wanting to own a bike of this vintage this is the one. $200 non-refundable deposit due within 24 hours of the auction end. 1972 Honda CL (1972)
You are looking at a 99% complete as far as I can tell (no tool kit) 1972 Honda CL350 Scrambler with a title! This would make a great winter restoration or cafe racer project. The biggest issue is the gas tank. It is very rusty inside as you can see in the photo but the tank is very solid and not rusted through.2016-11-18 04:36:35Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania, United States10600.00

Trademark filings for the name Transalp were filed in several markets around the world, including the U.S.
Honda Reminds Us It's Working On A New Hornet
Mon, 06 Jun 2022Expect the production model at EICMA in November One of the biggest surprises at the 2021 EICMA show last November was the news Honda is working on a new Hornet model. At its booth in Milan, Honda presented a sculpture with an elaborate light show projecting a hint at what to expect from the new Hornet. In the six months following EICMA, however, there has been very little, er, “buzz”, coming from Honda.
Church of MO: 2002 Honda 919 First Ride
Sun, 22 May 2022Here at modern MO, we probably wouldn’t publish a road test of a new Honda without a few photos of the thing in action. Twenty years ago, though, there was probably a perfectly reasonable-sounding excuse: My dog ate the film, a bear ate the photographer… Most probably, somebody slud the shiny new Honda 919 down the road on the way to the shoot, and the show had to go on. Who knows?
Design Filings May Offer Clues to the Honda NX500
Tue, 10 May 2022Africa Twin-inspired styling may be for an NX200 model Last week, we wrote about trademark filings that suggest Honda was working on a CL500 scrambler and an NX500 dual sport/adventure bike. We’ve now uncovered design filings that may offer a hint at what the NX500 may look like. However, the design itself isn’t for the NX500, which we expect to be powered by the same liquid-cooled 471cc Parallel-Twin used on multiple other models in Honda’s lineup.

Honda Hawk 11 Revealed, But Many Questions Remain
Tue, 22 Mar 2022Only for Japan... for now This weekend, at the 2022 Osaka Motorcycle Show, Honda revealed the new Hawk 11, a new café racer based on the Africa Twin and NT1100 sport-tourer platform. And while Honda released several details about the Hawk 11, there is still a lot of vital information that has not been provided.
2023 Honda ST125 Dax Announced for Europe
Mon, 14 Mar 2022Fast Facts T-shaped chassis Tiny 1-gallon fuel tank IMU-based ABS No word on US availability Another friendly little retro Minimoto from Honda Honda announced a new 125cc Minimoto for Europe, reviving the Dax model name for a new generation of riders. The name was originally used in Europe in 1969 for Honda’s ST-series in 50 and 70cc models, and last produced from 1995 to 2003 in Japan. The name comes from “Dachshund”, as its distinctive T-shaped frame resembles the weiner dog breed, helping it stand out from Honda’s other minibikes like the Monkey and Cub.
Church of MO: 1997 Honda Valkyrie
Sun, 06 Mar 2022In 1997, Bill Clinton started his second term, nobody was sure if the Titanic had sunk or not as the Leonardo di Caprio film had just debuted – along with the Toyota Prius in Japan. Love was in the air, the median California home price was $186k, and what the hell was Motorcycle Online? What could possibly go wrong?
Showdown: 2021 Honda CRF300L Vs 2021 Kawasaki KLX300
Fri, 04 Mar 2022Entry-level, exit-level, and all points in between Credit: Photos by Evans Brasfield; Video by: Sean Matic | Videos by Sean Matic Honda’s first CL72 250 Scrambler was lashed to the bumper of many a Conestoga wagon as it made its way westward, and I’m pretty sure it was a Kawasaki KLX300 that I wheelied over backwards, circa 1997, that really dampened my enthusiasm for stunting. At least Honda’s had the decency to change its nomenclature over the years to give the impression of evolution. Kawasaki is standing pat with the 292 cc Single that’s powered its KLX since 1996, along with its KLX nomenclature.
