Honda CL description

For sale is my beautiful 1967 Honda CL77 305 Scrambler. This bike is absolutely gorgeous.
Very original from the excellent condition original seat to the beautiful condition exhaust with mint muffler can.
Professionally painted candy orange by custom cycle painter and it looks like a million bucks. The pictures cannot do it justice.
New rear classic tire, new tubes, battery, plugs, points, and fuel lines.
Everything else is original.
Great chrome, clean shiny frame paint, tank is clean inside. Handle bars, headlight ears, chain guard, shocks, switches, wheels, etc are all straight and clean.
I just took the bike out of 9 months storage and it started on the very first kick.
Runs excellent. No leaks. No engine noises. No smoke.
Original tool kit is included.
A small scuff on the front fender chrome and small nicks on 3 of the right side engine fins (see pic # 21). Please don't let this deter you from considering this bike as you have to really look closely to see this.
These old Scramblers are truly a joy to own and ride and this has to be one of the nicest around.
A bike you will be proud to own and the envy of collectors at any cycle show.
I have set a very reasonable reserve and if it is not met met I will find a way to keep the bike as I know I'll never find another this nice.
Thanks for your consideration and please only bid if you have the funds and are a serious buyer.

Rossi Wins at Assen, but Lorenzo Is the Hero; Alpinestars Releases Crash Data

Mon, 01 Jul 2013

There’s only one thing left to say about Jorge Lorenzo’s 124 mph crash during a rainy practice session last Thursday while warming up for the TT Assen: It could have been a lot worse. The images are horrific, but thanks to groundbreaking protective gear, Lorenzo walked away with only a collarbone fracture and a heck of a tale to tell. Today, Alpinestars released a trace graph analysis of Lorenzo’s spill, thanks to data collected from his TechAir airbag suit.

Mon, 20 Apr 2009

John Gibson had a vision 15 years ago to sell ice cream from a motorcycle sidecar, inspired while running as he listening to motivational guru, Tony Robins. After years of experimenting with different bikes and setups, including using the Russian made Ural (he once owned a Ural dealership), Gibson, finally settled on the Honda 750 Shadow and the Harley-Davidson 883 Sportster. The Cool Cycles Ice Cream Company is open for business, the headquarters are located in Tacoma, WA where they will start selling franchises within a 100 mile radius, the Los Angeles area will be next and Las Vegas to follow.
