Up for sale is my 2006 Repsol CBR1000rr. It has 4800 mi on it. The bike gets compliments everytime I stop for gas. Bike runs perfect and there is not a single issue with it. On November-15-13 at 06:14:11 PST, seller added the following details: Ok, should have added this earlier but didnt think about it until asked. The bike was not wrecked at anytime, and it has a clean title. I have pics showing that the original plastics were in terrific shape until I recieved my new plastics in the mail. I bought the bike but never cared much for the blue and yellow so I removed them and sold them. I will be adding those pics as well. Thanks Kris

MotoGP to Re-Visit Rookie Rule
Tue, 19 Jun 2012MotoGP organizers are re-opening discussion for the series’ rookie rule which prevents new riders from entering the series with factory teams. Introduced following the 2009 MotoGP season, the rule was designed to give satellite teams the chance to field young up-and-coming talents they otherwise wouldn’t have been able to sign. The theory was the rule would protect the satellite teams and spread out the talent pool.
Greg Tracy to Ride Amarok P1A Electric Sportbike for Pikes Peak International Hill Climb
Thu, 11 Apr 2013Canada’s Amarok Racing has secured quite a coup in signing six-time Pikes Peak International Hill Climb winner Greg Tracy to ride its P1A electric superbike for the 2013 edition of the event. Tracy has six class victories in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, winning in 1996, 1999, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010. His victories have come riding motorcycles from several manufacturers: Honda, Yamaha, BMW and, more recently, Ducati.
2010-2011 Honda Shadow VT750 Recall
Mon, 13 Jun 2011Honda has initiated a recall campaign for certain 2010-2011 Shadow series cruisers due to a problem with their bank angle sensors. According to documents filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the bank angle sensors may incorrectly read that the motorcycle is leaning. The bank sensor uses a weighted pendulum that swings into a motorcycle’s lean.
