2012 Honda CBR 600RR for sale. This is the non-ABS model. No modifications have been done to this bike, only a brand new battery less than a month old. I am selling this bike because I have recently purchased a Ducati Hypermotard 821 SP. Sadly, I cannot have both. The bike has not been taken to the track, and has never fallen. Only damage is a scratch on a turn signal-light, thanks to one of my parking neighbors. Runs great. Always parked inside a garage. Title is clear. For riders like me, the Middleweight class is easily outgrown within 1-2 years of practice riding. Don't make the same mistake I made, the bike was $12,400 new ($14,200 total since I extended the dealer warranty to 4 years instead of 1). 2013 AIMExpo: Skidbike
Mon, 21 Oct 2013One of the most inventive devices seen at this week’s AIMExpo is the Skidbike, a novel creation that helps teach riders the skills to balance and to master threshold braking. It’s a Swedish/American invention originally designed to educate riders how to sufficiently apply brakes to avoid an accident without the danger of tipping over and causing injuries. It uses an electrically operated hydraulic ram built on a hinged dolly to reduce front-tire grip, which drastically reduces speeds when traction is lost so riders can learn how to use the brakes effectively.
2014 Honda CB1100 Announced
Wed, 20 Nov 2013The Honda CB1100 has only been available here in North America for a year, but for 2014, the retro-styled standard is already getting an update. That’s because the CB1100 has been around for a bit longer overseas, and for nearly everywhere but here, it’s ripe for a modest refresh. For 2014, Honda is replacing the previous version’s five-speed transmission with a six-speed gearbox.
