2008 Honda Cbr 1000, Im selling my 2008 CBR1000RR limited candy red/ silver sport bike. It is in excellent condition and is running perfectly. It is under full warranty until Sept. 2014. Bike has a smoked windshield and a custom licence place/ rear turn signal assembly. I recently injured myself in a motocross accident and have put the bike on a PNO since I am unable to ride at the moment. I'm in no rush to sell. Will be using money as a down payment on a 2014 model when I'm finished recovering. Bike has 8314mi. Clean title in hand. Asking $7,200 cash, will consider reasonable offers. Wed, 13 Jun 2012Casey Stoner's decision to retire at the end of the season has had a real shake-up for the Repsol Honda line-up along with the discussion, rumour and speculation of who will take his vacated seat for next season. With silly season occurring much earlier following Stoner's announcement at the French GP in May, rumours and speculation have been banded around with three candidates leading the way: Jorge Lorenzo, Valentino Rossi and Marc Marquez. Lorenzo, until he was confirmed to stick with Yamaha for another two seasons, was the most plausible of the trio as both himself and Casey are the top two riders in the world right now, making him the obvious choice after the Australian departs.
Chattanooga Honda Dealer Fined for Allegedly Selling Recalled Models
Mon, 18 Mar 2013The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has levied a $125,000 fine against Southern Honda Powersports following an investigation into allegations the Chattanooga, Tenn., dealership sold unrepaired recalled models. Southern Honda Powersports bills itself as the “World’s largest Honda powersports dealer”. Federal laws require dealers to stop selling models that are recalled until the defect or noncompliance issue has been remedied.

Never was it more true than on the launch of Honda's CBR125R and CBR250R where a handful of UK journos were riding elbow to elbow for a couple of hours, with laughter flowing from everyone's lid as we all took turns to back in to roundabouts, burnout through town and wheelie from the lights.. This video shows me chasing Trevor Franklin of MCN fame on a top speed run.
